Staff so welcoming and friendly, property located 5 minutes walk from strip. Taxi to Old town or Marina just about 5 minutes also and cheap. Supermarket just across the road. Great balconies plenty of room and good amenities.

Too many stags hens and parties, definitely not for a quiet relaxing holiday, traffic noise from road woke us up at 5.30 am, so was moved. staff were mostly really nice, not for people with walking difficulties, no wheelchair access available, has a lift straight into hotel for disabled, but when used it was told it’s not for guests to use, all they had to do was press a button in reception, so no would not go there again

Staff were all lovely and super helpful. Made us feel very welcome and at home. However on our second night our toilet broke and started flooding our bathroom. We rang reception about the problem and they said they would send someone to fix it the following day. That next evening the toilet broke again and when we called reception they then told us that no one had actually been sent to fix the toilet and that the cleaners just cleaned up the mess from the following day. For the majority of our trip we had to use the bathroom in reception which was 2 floors down. We also couldn’t even use the shower comfortably as there was toilet water all over the floor. The staff were lovely about the situation but I feel like we should have been allowed to move rooms because of this.

Nice little hotel in a good location for everything you need, there’s a couple of local pubs and supermarkets nearby but then you have the strip (10 min walk) and the old town (25 min walk) not to far away, you can get a taxi or a tuk-tuk and be there in mins. The pool was good with loads of beds and a snack bar for the usual things and alcoholic drinks. The rooms were decent enough although ours looked out onto a busy roundabout. I would happily stay here again if I travelled to Albufeira.

Lovely complex with a good location. Situated a 5 min walk from the main strip and 15 minutes from the beach. Really nice pool area and lovely reception staff, particularly Flavia. Apartment is basic but clean. It has limited self catering supplies but manageable. Only difficulty was cleaning pots etc but otherwise perfect. Would definitely stay again!

One night stay only as we had a meal with friends and we live quite a distance from the restaurant. We chose this hotel based on the distance from the restaurant and reviews. Check in was very good all the usual COVID-19 precautions. Everything was spotlessly clean so much so that I slipped on the stairs and fractured my arm. I should have used the lift. The apartment was perfect with everything one needed. Bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of space. Very clean throughout. Very quiet room so no disturbance from road noise. We were informed that there would be no one there when we came back later in the evening and we were shown how to use the secure entry . We were a little disappointed next morning though as we had to check out early to go to the hospital and there was no one there until 9:00 am. They did return our phone call though so we were able to tell them we had left the card keys in the room. We were not able to report my accident though which we would like to have done. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely and clean and well kept

A great stay.
The apartments are situated in a very good location, it can be seen from the main road so its easy to find. The pool area is nice and well maintained. Sunbeds were sprayed down after people left them and so were pool bar tables etc. For just €4 you can get a taxi to Ol Town where there are bars and restaurants galore. Loads of shops and stalls open till late and lots of music and good ambience. If you follow the road down to your left you get to one of the many beaches where there are also good restaurants and bars for a good meal or just a beach snack. The rooms are a little dated but has all the amenities you need in an apartment. I would definitely use this hotel again
Pizza snack at Praia de Oura just down the road at the beach.

We stayed on the fourth floor had two bathrooms bedroom upstairs with a city view we, were pleased.

Hotel very dirty even after cleaning been done.fridge had dried blood on ice tray in the fridge when i showed the reception there words were " ok : nothing else shower when I put it on it would bonce back around. I took phots of the how dirty things were after they were supposed to have cleaned.
