Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, single garage. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 700 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Alvaneu" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, skisport facilities 14 km, ski bus stop 500 m, cross country ski track 3 km, children's playground 700 m.
