Dirty, inconsiderate, no help when I ended up at the emergency room, the front desk wanted to charge us twice as much as we paid the night before even though we were forced to stay in town for another night. See my review above. Never again.

Our room was dirty when we arrived. We were tired, so we were going to just sleep on top of the beds. However, I had an emergency and ended up at the University of New Mexico Medical Center. We were only in our room about 20 minutes before we had to rush to the emergency room. After 12 hours in the emergency room, my husband called and asked if we could extend our stay due to the emergency And because I had to stay in town for 24 hours. We were told no. Then we were told that the cost of the room would be more than double what we paid the night before. We went online and found the room for $100 less than the hotel quoted us for the additional night so we booked it online, the only courtesy we were given was they let us stay in the room we were already in. Still, we slept on top of the beds because the sheets were dirty. Despite talking to the manager, we were given no grace at all. Luckily, we were able to leave after the additional night, but we will never stay here again. Dirty, inconsiderate, and absolutely no grace under the circumstance. The balloon festival was that weekend, but they had plenty of rooms open. There was no excuse for how we were treated.

The property is billed as being downtown. It isn’t. But there are lots of things to do a short drive from the hotel. A shout out to Roger who gave us a great suggestion for a dinner restaurant.

The microwave was Bolton the refrigerator and when the motor turned on it rattled the metal rack it was bolted to. The AC was very noisy, otherwise it was excellent.

The front desk staff was very exceptional - helpful and friendly!! They truly helped make our stay much more enjoyable due to their suggestions and advice. We didn't have any room cleaning our entire 4-day stay, however, and ended up emptying our own trash cans and having to ask for clean towels.

Loved it until the end.
I really enjoyed it here. The pillows were great beds were ok. Little hard for my liking. But it was a great place i felt safe. The upstairs people walking make a loud creeking sound like our ceiling was going to fall in. Water pressure was great. The sausage in the morning wasnt hot at all but we were there first thing ....BUT you had to request house keeping. Which we did not ask for a single thing but 2 extra trash bags and a roll of toilet paper. And i actually went and bought our own tradh bags to empty abd clean the room 3 different times for the 3 days we were there. And then once we leave we got a 50 cleaning fee. Stating we never cleaned and the room was trashed. She threatened to send me the pictures but i explained we are not slobs and i cleaned the room my self and even piled our towels up for them. And once i argued she refunded me. I cleaned it. So just make sure you pick up good and u wont have issues.
