The housekeeping staff need to do a better job. On Saturday my towels were not replaced-no bath towels- and the rubber mat for the shower was gone. On Sunday housekeeping never entered my room, so no towels again. For the 5 days I was there my floor was never swept, never mind mopped. The tabletops were never wiped down. Essentially, when housekeeping came, they made the bed and sometimes gave clean towels. Also for many of the nights I was there, the hotel has 3 tour buses there. They were allowed to park in car spaces including all the handicap parking. As a disabled person this did not make me happy. I mentioned this to the front desk person and she seemed more interested in her phone. The hotel had what looked like a nice pool and hot tub. I didn’t use them, but the people I saw in there seemed to enjoy them.

Hotel was not in a very good area . Witnessed a person coming go to second floor. When arrive up on second floor they were getting ice from ice machine . Had issues after return from dinner keys would not work . Front desk attendant was super helpful and finally got door open . When checking in attendant said our room number out loud . That was not appropriate due to safety issues . Bathroom did not have enough towels . Tub looked disgusting

People up & down halls all night into early morning hrs. Vagrants & various people talking shouting all night into the morning hrs. I was unable to get any sleep. Nice place just sucks that you can hear everything & everybody threw walls & right outside my window. Zero sleep! Was disappointed 😞

The Front Desk Associates named Irene and Joseph welcomed us kindly and made us feel like our home. They provided us with excellent customer service care and made sure we were comfortable. Also, the Housekeepers did an awesome job of cleaning our rooms thoroughly and that all the hotels items were well stocked. This hotel out did the hotel next door to them. Keep up the amazing work.

Check in Clerk very helpful (a young man). Property was Very clean and convenient. We had problems with the electronic keys, had several replacements. The Laundry room was on the 2nd floor & there was no chair or seating available. There was no soap, dryer sheets, bleach in the room and we had to go back down to desk to buy it. Should have a dispenser with supplies available near the laundry room.

Was centrally located to eatery’s, and highway. The safe was locked by the previous tenant, not Days Inn fault. Staff is very responsive to concerns. Love the indoor pool.
