False advertising in the photos & a cockroach.
We walked into our room and were very disappointed to see that it didn't look much like the photo pictured. The reason for the old photos was explained, but I view it as false advertising on the part of the hotel and Wyndham as the owner. We reserved a room for 3, but didn't receive 3 of all the towels, especially after the room was serviced on the second night. To top it off, we found a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning! I would not recommend this hotel with talking to them directly to verify what you're getting.

It was a great value!
The room, bathroom, and property were clean. All of the floors are either tiled or laminate. I was a bit surprised there was no carpet, but at the same time, that means the floors are easy to clean. It actually gave me more confidence in the cleanliness as a result. The staff was friendly. My only real complaint was the bed. It was very uncomfortable.

It was a nice place to stay. Service was unremarkable but friendly enough. The room was great, but the bathroom, which they had attempted to refurbish very nicely was poorly done with peeling/bubbling paint round the tub area; tub faucet and hardware that was so oxidized and rusty it required inspection to determine cleanliness. The paint on the the ceiling was really uneven and transparent, with brown stains from water condensation... It was not a relaxing bathroom experience because it just felt deep-down dirty.

Definitely a revisit!
Our Two room stay was great!! Service was good, front desk associate was polite and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. Plus, the property is super close to MANY of my favorite quick grab eateries.

The hotel was in a good neighborhood. Ease of location just off I-25. The bathroom was WAY too small. The toilet was very low and the hair dryer was much to hard to use because it was on the wall behind the toilet. You could not fit between the counter and toilet.

The shuttle and location was very convenient. The staff were all very nice and hospitable. The breakfast was pretty basic, but sufficient. The pool and hot tub were a bit old and worn down and had a weird smell, like too much bleach and a bit musty. My son who usually looks forward to swimming in hotel pools didn't want to swim in the pool or the hottub. The room was clean and sufficient, and met our needs. Bed was comfortable. All-in-all a good value for the stay. But for a better quality pool and hot tub for my son's use, I would pay a bit more for a more updated hotel.
