Continental breakfast was not at all as advertised. The juice machine was out of service (out of fridge apple juice provided on the side). Waffles were not available. Bananas were the only fruit available and looked overly ripe. Toaster was broken on one side. They had the audacity to put a tip jar out on the food table. The place looked under construction. Night clerk was friendly but morning staff was busy eating from the continental breakfast table. Weird. We arrived to the hotel at night to find a homeless man with a ripped shirt roaming the corridor. Spotted some shady looking people in the dark corner of parking lot when parking. Didn’t stick around to find up what they were up to.

I want sure if the room has been cleaned properly. The floor was not clean, but other areas were okay. The fridge was full of water, things looked like they were displaced. We decided not to stay and went to another accommodation. Just felt uncomfortable.

Good price and convenient location
The facilities themselves are pretty average, but it's a good value for the price. And the location is really convenient, easy walking distance from Old Town Albuquerque.

This property is right near old town and therefore not in a great neighborhood. There’s a Walgreens a block away and it’s noticeably not a place you’d like to be walking at night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room appeared to be updated. Breakfast was served in the very small lobby and you were not allowed to serve yourself, which made it very difficult to get breakfast and took awhile. There was a McDonald’s next door and a gas station.

la primera unidad no servía el aire acondicionado , mis 2 hijas y mi esposa no pudieron dormir bien una niña de 3 meses y de 2 años fui a recepción y llegaron a revisar el aire y dijeron que estaba bien fui de nuevo y les dije que mediaran otro cuarto , no me lo querían dar hasta que fui a la oficina nuevamente y les dije , la verdad e viajado mucho por varios estados y siempre me tratan bien pero ahí fue un desastre
