We did not have any hot water in our room called front desk and they never sent anybody we also did not have any soap in the shower and requested it from the front desk and they never showed up are room was dirty with hair all over the sinks and bedsheets from previous people and the lady at the front desk is so rude when trying to talk to her

Great hotel. Nice omelettes in the morning and happy hour beverages are always appreciated! Tammy at the reception desk is lovely and very personable!!!

Not worth the price
Room was clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. Evening drinks were great, but downside is the service for the snacks and fountain drinks was terrible. Cheese tray was out pretty fast and they didnt bother to refill anything during the time frame so make sure to be one of the first one's there if not you are out of luck. Same thing for the juice machine for the kids they were all out and no one bothered to refill. Main reason for the stay was to enjoy the pool but that was a disappointment as well. Pool was overly packed and the water was murky, hot tub is no no longer there either. Returned the next morning hoping it was maintenanced but was dirtier than the night before. Definitely not looking in returning. Expected more for the price.

Front staff and coffee staff was not very knowledgeable on the Hilton Honors program and the barista was very unenthusiastic, did not have ice to make any coffees and did not know how to make general Starbucks orders

Hot Tub Wanted
The stay was absolutely wonderful and comfortable, Breakfast was amazing. The only draw back for me was no hot tub. You may think about putting one in.

We’ve stayed here several times ands have always enjoyed our stays. This time out room had several issues: fridge leaked all over the floor, shower head was so clogged up water sprayed in every direction, our room had 2 queen beds and we ended up using both because the bed we slept in the first night had a mattress that was so worn I keep rolling to the middle of it because it had no support, the second mattress was also worn and uncomfortable and the bed squeaked every time you’d roll over in bed. I had to call down for body wash as only one tiny bar of soap was left in the bathroom for a three night stay for a couple. The bottle of conditioner fell off the wall when I attempted to use it. On the second morning at 6am, there were dogs barking incessantly both in our neighbors room and in the breezeway which no one seemed to address. Also, the bathroom door was broken. The room and the property overall needs attention, it’s looking run down. I did not expect all of these issues at an Embassey Suites. Also, be warned that there is no hot tub or jacuzzi at this property, only a small pool.
