Staff was incredibly nice but the place just doesn’t function well. Guidance and direction from staff, though courteous, was often inconsistent or incorrect. For example, yes, there’s pool service - but there wasn’t. This happened so frequently that we became quite frustrated. Hard to order room service. Bar closes at 9 pm. Restaurant way overpriced ($55 for a small piece of salmon). Bottom line, this was our third stay here but we probably won’t come back.

I absolutely LOVED staying at Hotel Chaco. The staff is superb. The on site restaurant is delicious. The rooms are clean and super comfy. I didn’t want to leave. Beyond all of this, I really loved the story behind this hotel, and the care that it takes to uplift the culture of the city.
