Was extremely disappointed. I have stayed in La Quinta’s many times and this was the worst. Not a hotel. Outside entrance only. Very dirty. Couldn’t wait to leave.

The room reeked of cat urine. Nothing worked, not the air conditioning, the TV, fridge, microwave. The tub wouldn't drain when you had a shower. There weren't enough outlets to plug anything in. The door handle was broken and a real challenge to get it to close. Front desk didnt seem to care about anything when asked.

Staff could barely talk English....pool closed hours earlier than any id ever seen....laundry equipment wrecked....front desk no clue how it worked & gave false information on its operation....due to a vehicle breakdown had to rebook same room that was in night before....they wouldn't let us back into it until 3:00 pm even though we'd just left it minutes earlier & had an unexpected emergency situation...
