Was great desk was very friendly. Room door didn’t want to unlock correctly, and bathroom light didn’t work correctly. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the employees were spot on. The amount of homeless people was a slight concern outside but they had security on property to watch over vehicles. Would recommend this to someone traveling in the area. And will use it again next time I’m there.

This hotel is absolutely horrendous. I have no idea how this hotel is still legally allowed to guest staying in this hotel. The pictures are absolutely NOTHING like what the actual hotel and their rooms look like. It reeks of animal urine and mildew as you walk down the hallway to your room. The couch that was in our room looked like it was picked up from the dumpster. The elevator was absolutely sticky and we couldnt even get into our room. We immediately turned around and checked out. I was supposed to get a refund, they gave me the refund and then turned around took it out AGAIN. I have NEVER EVER felt so dirty in my entire life. It will NOT let me upload the pictures I had taken of the hallway, elevator, our room door and the room.

They did not have the room we reserved - 2 double beds, wheelchair accessible, refrigerator. They were able to put us in a wheelchair accessible room with one king size bed, but no refrigerator unit the following day. The night we arrived, the desk worker did not appear to even know how to find our reservation, so had to get help. The two of them finally found my name but did not tell me if they'd seen my original reservation and just ignored it or what. Either way, they'd given our reserved room to someone else. A hotel manager on the second day told me to call their property directly and I'd not have a problem in the future. This motel is older and needs some updating. It was obvious that they try to keep it clean, but there were stains on the carpet and crevices and joints in the bathroom that should have been cleaner. Also, the key card system needs serious work. We had to get new coded keys every day we were there and twice on the second day. Overall, the staff did try to help and make our stay enjoyable.

When I first arrived two policemen were making a walk-through of the property. There was also a security guard posted outside the hotel in his patrol car. Both elevators were dirty. the floor were sticky and they were old and the metal was tarnished. When my TV would not work the front desk gave me a suggestion on what to do. When that didn't work I called the desk four more times but no one answered. The TV did not work that night

The carpet in my room needed to be shampooed, and a little paint around the outside door trim would have upgraded my stay. Overall staff was pleasant and I felt safe. For the price the room couldn't be beat.

Unfortunately, our room did not have a microwave or refrigerator or even a TV that worked. We did go to your gym. I think it’s lacking some weights. At least the TV worked. Have pictures if you want me to send them to you.Lol
