There was literally a small pea sized turd wedged in some damaged grout in the bathroom that I stepped on. Thankfully I was able to thoroughly scrub my feet in the shower but I wore shoes for the rest of the stay.

Wasn't a great experience
The front lobby was secured. The person at the front was very kind and doing a lot of tasks but was efficient and helpful. Overall the property is not in great condition. The bedding and towels were clean but stained. The furniture and flooring was very worn. The elevator made very unsettling noise. There weren't any bars of soap in the bathroom. Overall it wasn't a great experience but that is not the fault of the staff.

I’m not a picky person but this hotel was not a good experience at at dirty bedsheets, carpet. And they advertised breakfast included you can get a yogurt a toast and cereal coffee and juice they should put continental not breakfast if they have no protein. It was so late and we’re so tired from a long trip. I did not sleep because of the nasty smell on the bed. Front desk ladies are friendly.

We liked the roll in shower, staff& cleanliness. It was near a busy semi gas station, so you heard semi’s coming and going all night! All in all, we’d stay again!

The overall cleanliness of the room was terrible. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty and had stains on them, the door to the room was coming off its hinges and did not shut or open properly, the chair in the room was wobbly and broken so I had to sit on the window bench to eat. One of the towels had hair on it and the washcloth and hand towels had stains on them. The walls in the hotel are paper thin as I could hear conversations and tvs in all of the rooms around me without them actually being loud. The shower head was barely functional. The neighborhood around the hotel seems unsafe and noisy but does offer a fair amount of gas stations and food options. Overall it was a very uncomfortable and disgusting stay.

Booked a double queen. The room was filthy from top to bottom. A variety Biological spray everywhere. It is clear no one is cleaning these room. Upgraded to suite which host said we would be very happy in for $20 more. It might have been $20 cleaner but was still gross. Everything was in disrepair.
