Homeless walking the grounds all hours of the day. Asking for cigarettes or money. Trash everywhere. Neighbors yelling and fighting til 2am. Served breakfast daily but tasted and looked like exactly what was served the day before.

I will never book this hotel again, waist my time and money I don’t even stay an hour I walk in and out., I take a closer look of the room they assigned to me was poor maintained and cleaned it looks nasty, furniture was broken I close the door and returned the card key and walk out..Please don’t waist your money and time booking this place…

With this hotel, the area looks sketchy, but the hotel is very nice. It was convient to where we were goiing and they offered a free shuttle to the attractions. I would stay here again.

Some of the reviews of this property are pretty harsh, and I wish I could have more positive things to say, but this place really needs a total make-over. The (reasonably) good... as clean as they can make it, quiet area (but noisy A/C units), location and parking, comfy bed with nice linens, good accommodation for having a pet. But... no fixtures appear to have been made in this century, "supertanker" toilet that barely flushed, sink stopper missing, sink faucet handle loose and ready to fall off, sink faucet leaks out of top stem, hard stains and paint splotches all around. No comfort chair to sit in despite plenty of room. It wasn't disgusting, just tacky and sad and dim. Bad showing for Ramada. Thought they were a better quality chain. The Red Roof Inn we are at a night later is far superior in every respect.

Room was gross!
Hotel is dated and needs maintenance. Mattresses are mushy and uncomfortable. Room needed deeper cleaning; I.e. - outside porcelain of toilet bowl had large smear and drip of vomit. Likewise, outer edge of trash can in the bathroom had large smear of dried vomit; so, no attention to detail, beside removing plastic liner and replacing. Wiping outside of both surfaces was never done. Very large dark circle of what appeared as dried vomit was also present by the desk in the room, again near the trash can. Like someone was clearly ill in this room and missed vomiting in the trash can and it landed on the carpet instead. We stayed during the Balloon Fiesta, so room turn-over was HUGE, during this event. However, more attention to detail would be greatly appreciated, for areas where it was so obvious. We are certain that Housekeeping was grossly overworked. Front desk gal was clearly disconnected when we tried bringing lack of cleanliness to her attention, as our maid mostly spoke Spanish and didn’t seem to understand our concern to tidy up these areas. Included breakfast was nice. Waitresses and hostess went out of their way to help me get seated in a handicapped section. Ramada is usually our hotel of choice. We were obviously disappointed with our stay during this booking.

The room was dirty. Had to switch rooms at least 4 times before getting in a descent room. Every one I was moved to had something wrong. Horrible stay ever. Won’t ever be back.

Rather stay at an Air BnB
There were roaches in our room and the room was very very dirty. Went to the lobby to complain. The clerk spoke with manager and moved us to a different room but the manager did not come out to apologize or make things right. Instead, we were told it was the only move they would allow. The second room had water damage and mold above the shower. We had to stay because most hotels were fully booked or twice as expensive. Never staying at a Ramada by Wyndham ever again. I’d rather stay at an Air BnB. (This site won’t let me upload all the picture I have of the nasty rooms in my review.)

I prefer to share it with corporate, and intend to. Even the delivery guy that we met when checking out was appalled at the general filthy conditions of the entire facility. Wyndam has a Monopoly on MOST hotels. There is no such thing as fair market value in any of their facilities, including the most POSH.

Make sure you are getting the room you requested.
I reserved a 2 queen bed suite and was told at check in that it wasn't available, I had put in the hotels.Com app that we were needing sleeping arrangements for 3 children and 2 adults. Just a regular room wouldn't meet our needs. They did not make arrangements to satisfy my needs.... I had to ask if they had adjoining rooms and they didn't comp me the other room for customer service. They said that when booking through a third party that you just get what's left. I had to pay an extra $100 just to make sure my kids had beds. Also, their breakfast buffet was terrible.
