Our trip was a quick in and out by the airport. Very close to the airport and conveniently located. We didn't walk around the area but there appeared to be plenty of dining options and a Dutch Bros coffee nearby. Facilities looked clean and well-maintained. Room amenities were good (coffee maker, safe, microwave, functional wifi), shower got nicely hot. We had to depart early so we can't comment on breakfast which was served 6-9am. Free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel wasn't available on our arrival day, as someone had called in sick. We had to wait for & pay for an Uber. That's an unfortunate unforeseen circumstance. The next morning, we were told the shuttle service would start at 5am, and indeed the receptionist drove us to the airport immediate upon check out at 5 am. That was smooth and we appreciate it.

Breakfast was good. Hot hotel eggs and sausage with biscuit and gravy, waffles and all the rest of the standard breakfast items. Though I probably would try an authentic New Mexico breakfast next time and skip the hotel breakfast especially since the price of the hotel was so affordable.

I love this place but check in yesterday 11/24 was a bit strange as a few us waited for a while for help but all in all the way things were handled because of the situation was better and timely given the circumstances.

The staff were amazing, but there were two major issue which prevented a good night's sleep. Their airport shuttle stops running at 10 pm - which was not made clear via the web - so, with a delayed, late-arriving flight, we had to wait for an uber for 30 minutes to get 1 mile to the hotel at 2am. Also, there was a chirping smoke alarm right outside the room, which prevented a good sleep.

My room happened to be an adjoining room option. Unfortunately I could hear the neighboring room, though they were not loud or partying. I guess the level of sound proofing is not ideal if you need quiet to rest. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I am not sure if the thermostat on the central heat/cool is efficient. The night clerks were very welcoming.

October 30th .. The woman at the desk decided to debate politics. Fine. But when new customers came in to the desk The young woman told me.I had to come in through the back door because I made her uncomfortable implying.I was some kind of a creep. The new customers looked at me like I had the plague , it was terrible. The heater in the bedroom was a clunky loud piece of junk. The only friendly face was the homeless lady charging her phone in the very back of the place where I was forced to park my Maserati. The neighborhood has always been a ghetto.As long as I can remember going all the way back to nineteen seventy five.

Great clean place to stay
I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn property and was pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the hotel, comfort of the bedding, and quiet surroundings. Good location near the airport, best free breakfast I've ever had anywhere. My only comment is that the room only had an office chair to sit in; it would have been better had there been at least 2 chairs.
