Several ice or vending machines were broken. Also, there were several apparently homeless people lingering or living on the street in front of the place. Otherwise, the place was adequate for the price.

The outside was dirty. They could just invest in a concrete power wash machine. That makes a huge difference. All those trash stains etc. The carpet was disgraceful. The bed and linen and the bathrooms and towels were very clean.

The cleanliness was something to be desired. Starting from the carpets being excessively stained as soon as we walked into the room to Sheets having multiple stains. The building is very run down and needs an overhaul-I am surprised Wyndham is associated with this property. There is nothing Wyndham about it.

Maintenance need improvement on customer services.
Had issue with the TV, maint man or whomever he was lied said we didn't want the TV replaced. We didn't have TV through out our stay.
