Lovely weeks stay
We had a lovely week here in October half term. Owner was very helpful. Only things to note was the tv was in Spanish and there is no kettle - nothing major but being english, just a little something we noted.

Ten eerste,mijn dank aan de eigenaar van de woning voor zijn vriendelijkheid en de gastvrijheid hoe wij behandeld zijn. De woning heeft alle voorzieningen wat je ook thuis heb. De plek was ideaal voor een gezin. Je kon van de slaapkamer zo de zwembad in. De ligging en alles wat het inhoudt is zeer aangenaam. Zeker aanbevolen. Grt Juan

Prima Ferienreihenhaus
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Alcossebre. Das Haus ist toll, wie beschrieben. Nur Liegen/Strandmöbel haben wir vermisst. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zum Kleinkinderfreundlichen Strand sind es ca. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Ismael ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage direkt am Gemeinschafts-Pool in gepflegter Ferienanlage. Entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Angebot. Alles vorhanden von Toaster bis Mikrowellenherd, von Geschirrspüler bis Klimaanlage. Gute Betreuung vor Ort, auch kleines technisches Problem wurde nach kurzer Message an Vermieter binnen 1 Stunde behoben. Nur 500 m Fußweg zum gepflegten Sandstrand sowie zum nächsten Supermarkt. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne große Pool direkt am Haus gefallen, den wir von früh morgens bis spät abends nutzen könnten (ohne dass er überfüllt war), ebenso die überdachte Terrasse, wo wir essen und die warmen Spätsommer Abende genießen konnten. Einziger Minuspunkt: es gab nur spanisches TV, das konnte aber durch das kostenlose WLAN weitgehend ausgeglichen werden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, absolut empfehlenswert !

Ruhiger Urlaub in schöner Atmosphäre
Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir jammern hier also auf hohem Niveau: Da wir am Ende der Saison die Wohnung gebucht hatten, gehe ich davon aus, dass jetzt im Anschluss kleinere nötige Reparaturen, wie zum Beispiel die Einstellung der Schranktüren in der Küche, durchgeführt werden. Das untere Bad ist mit der Dusche sehr gelungen, so dass wir die obere Dusche in der Badewanne nie genutzt hatten. Hier würde ich persönlich anfangen zu renovieren. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt und der Pool wurde mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Die Strände sind in Gehweite, gepflegt und sehr angenehm. Der Ort Alcossebre ist jedoch im Oktober nicht zu empfehlen. Viele Geschäfte haben bereits geschlossen und entsprechend sind kaum noch Touristen anzutreffen. Wir lagen teilweise vereinsamt am Strand. Wer etwas mehr Trubel möchte, dem ist eine Stadt wie Peniscola oder Salou eher zu empfehlen.

Mooi apartement.
Mooi appartement volledig uitgerust met vaatwasser/wasmachine/airco/tv,goede bedden, dakterras. Het appartement heeft 3 slaapkamers, voor ons gezin 4 volwassenen en 1 kind was dit ruim voldoende. het appartement ligt in een woonblok met 4 zwembaden. De zee, met mooi zandstrand, bevind zich op een paar honderd meter afstand, dus de makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. De verhuurder Ismael spreekt meerdere talen, wij hebben ons prima met Engels kunnen redden. Hij reageert snel indien nodig ( via whatsapp of bellen). Leuke omgeving om te vertoeven.

Vacances de la Toussaint
Séjour sympa en cette période de la Toussaint, la résidence était presque vide. Piscine rien que pour nous et calme au rendez vous. Alcossebre a encore quelques commerces d'ouvert jusqu'à fin Octobre, début Novembre quelques uns ferment. Station balnéaire parfaite pour plage, soleil, repos. Pour les visites... un peu plus difficile : Barcelone : 2H30 de route, Valence : 1H30, mais plages et farniente au TOP.

Inmejorable!
La casa de Ismael es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La casa es muy cómoda y los muebles no son los típicos de apartamento de playa. Esta muy mona. Es ideal para ir con niños, los estás viendo en la piscina todo el rato desde la terraza de la casa mientras lees un libro o te tomas un café. Además Ismael está disponible para cualquier duda o pregunta. Recomendable cien x cien

sehr süßes Haus in einem tollen Ort!! Perfekt auch mit kleinen Kindern!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Häuschen von Ismael. Die Terrasse nur ein paar Meter vom Pool und mit direkt Sicht auf den Kinder-Pool ist perfekt, um für alle Familienmitglieder entspannt in den Tag zu starten. Der Ort Alcossebre ist sehr hübsch, ins. da er zumindest im Juni touristisch noch nicht überlaufen ist und sich auch viele Spanier dort tummeln. Wir sind immer zur Playa Romana gefahren, da sie für Kinder besser geeignet ist. Parkplätze waren im Juni kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es dort direkt am Strand oder große Supermärkte im Ort, ebenso wie eine Apotheke. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank, Ismael!

Très agréable et accessible maison. Propre et confortable.
Grande et spacieuse maison, belle petite terrasse avec surtout un accès direct au parc commun comportant une magnifique piscine avec pataugeoire pour les plus petits, de la belle pelouse superbement entretenue (même pour Pâques !), arboré de palmiers et bananiers. Magnifique ! Une place de stationnement privée à l'opposé, du côté de l'entrée, au RDC, une belle cuisine totalement équipée, une douche avec WC et un grand salon donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine. Au 1er étage, 3 chambres pour 6 couchages, literie très confortable, une salle de bains avec WC. Intimité et de la place aisément pour 6 personnes. Enfin au-dessus, un toit-terrasse privatif avec vue panoramique et barbecue équipé. La plage est toute proche avec son aménagement vélos / piétons sécurisé tout au long de la mer. Accès au parc naturel de la Sierra d'Irta, sympa pour randos pied ou VTT; Le magnifique village de Peniscola, très touristique (et donc bien plus cher...) est à 20 minutes en voiture. Enfin, la maison d'Ismael est d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Merci pour ces belles vacances chez toi Ismael !
