Ca Na Serrieta is a beautiful house in the historic center of Alcudia, near the historic city walls. This house is completely renovated and located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, just a few steps from its medieval walls and the local life offered by this emblematic Mallorcan town. A charming town a few kilometers from the coast.



This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper floor with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower, where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a grill, where you can enjoy a large barbecue. There is a common room where you can play board games or table football. The house offers a small parking space where you can park your car.

The ground floor has a large living room with indirect lighting and Mares stone walls, where you can relax after a pleasant walk along the city walls and historic streets of this Mallorcan town.



In an open area without doors, there is a cozy dining room with a carefully decorated area where you can enjoy culinary meals with family or friends. In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare the local products offered at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.



The house has the capacity to comfortably accommodate four people. Its two bedrooms have large double beds that guarantee restful rest. super schönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Altstadt!Es ist alles da, was man braucht, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die engen Gassen der Altstadt sind zwar nichts für breite Autos, aber das Parken auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz war problemlos – von dort ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Wohnung.Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in diesem Haus machen!

Süßes, geräumiges Haus in toller Lage

Alcudia ist wirklich toll. Besonders die Lage der Hauses ist sehr idyllisch. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort und das hat super geklappt. Die Straßen sind allerdings sehr eng. Wir hatten einen Kia Sportage und kamen dort kaum um die Ecken. Die Garage ist zum Parken vollkommen ungeeignet ausser man mietet vielleicht einen Fiat 500. Das sollte man in dem Inserat vielleicht erwähnen. Man hat aber einen guten und kostenfreien Parkplatz in 3 Minuten Fußentfernung. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht obwohl man bei einer Belegung von 4 Personen auch mehr als 4 kleine und 4 große Teller gebrauchen kann. Toll war aber die Spülmaschine, sodass diese 1 mal am Tag lief. Für unseren Geschmack hätten ein paar weniger fremde Haare im Haus verteilt sein können, aber sonst war es ganz ordentlich. Im Sommer hätten wir die Dachterasse mehr nutzen können aber das Haus hat alles was man braucht um sich schöne Tage machen zu können. Preis Leistung war für uns gut.

Tolles Stadthaus

Tolles Stadthaus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Sehr sauber. Die ersten Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Hier würden wir ein weiteres Mal Urlaub machen! Zu erwähnen ist aber, dass es unmöglich ist in die Garage mit einem PKW zu fahren, da das Tor und die Straße viel zu eng sind. Eigent sich also nur für Fahrräder, Motorräder etc.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Der Aufenthalt war ein voller Erfolg. Die Größe, die Zimmer, einfach super. Sehr modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Allerdings wäre es nett, etwas mehr Klopapier zu hinterlassen und Salz und Pfeffer wäre auch noch schön gewesen. Die Terrassenstühle sind auch schon etwas dem Rost verfallen und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Alles im Allen aber ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Mücken haben uns zwar aufgefressen, aber dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Da wir den Gin zurücklassen mussten, hoffen wir ihn nächstes Jahr wiederzusehen. :-)

Gemütliches Haus mit Mallorca Flair

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, Geschirr zu Genüge und in top Zustand, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Fön - alles da, was man braucht. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war die Art des Hauses, ein schönes Altstadthaus, modern eingerichtet, aber dennoch mit alten Elementen versehen, wie den Steinwänden. Der Check-In lief problemlos, die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren sehr zuvorkommend. Klare Mietempfehlung, besonders zu Zeiten außerhalb der Hochsaison.
