This lovely Duplex two storey spacious property. With private swimming pool air conditioning in all rooms and Wi Fi. Sleeps 5 people in beds also sofa bed in the lounge area . Private parking for one car. Very tastefully decorated. The house is 151m2. Garden area 52m2. Pool size 6m x 2.20m. Depths 1.60 / 1.10. Our property consists of kitchen area with all electrical utility items with door leading to the front of the property with table and seating for 3 people. Separate utility room with washing machine. Ground floor Toilet room. Large lounge area with A/C Good size sofa and 2 arm chairs and a sofa / bed. Table and chairs for dining. Satellite TV. Wi Fi. Huge patio doors leading to the under cover conservatory with table / chairs for alfresco dining all with views of the swimming pool and mountains. This then leads to the garden area with swimming pool and sun loungers.
The second floor consists of Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and A/C with patio doors to the good sized terrace with fabulous views with table / chairs for dining or watching the world go by / relaxing. Double bedroom en/suite. Walk in wardrobe that leads to the bathroom with Bath, over head shower, toilet sink, bidet. This bedroom also has patio doors to the terrace area again with great views of the lake, swimming pool and mountain range. 3rd bedroom is a twin bedroom consists of fitted wardrobe cabin style beds with patio door to smaller balcony at the front of the property. Separate bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet sink.

A Rather Tired Property.
A rather tired property with a small pool that was in need of maintenance and a good clean prior to arrival. The property would sleep six but definitely not eight as the sofa bed in the lounge area was in a terrible condition with fabric covering falling apart and littering the floor. The sunbeds are in need of replacement as the frame joints are rusty and corroded and a few collapsed under minimal weight they have also been hand painted and the paint is now flaking and sticks to you skin. You will need to buy washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets as none are provided. There has been no communication from the host since we left asking for feedback. One thing to note is that you will have to pay cash on arrival as the owner has no facility to let you pay by card so if you have a real problem there really is no way of getting your cash back.

Excellent property
We have just returned from this property, the owner's were very helpful with any problem's that we had. The property is well equipt with everything you should need. We hope to stay here again in the future. The only thing that could do with being done is the back garden flooring could do with being levelled off and the bushes cut back.

Family time
Great property in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants. A short walk to a beautiful sandy beach and warm sea water. Hosts organised transfers from the airport and back again and were very helpful when we arrived in the villa. The villa was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The pool was big enough for our children to play in but not so big we had to worry about them. They loved it! We had an excellent holiday and spent lots of quality family time together. We will definitely come back and would choose this villa again.

An amazing experience, amazing property would definitely recommend
We are a family of 6, we returned from a 9 night stay a few days ago. From the minute we arrived were greeted by the lovely Debra who showed us around and how everything worked. This property is spacious and they have thought of everything. In the garden is a lovely pool, sun loungers, BBQ again everything you need. The garden has a gate that leads out onto the lovely lake with stunning views . The property is in a perfect location, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Overall there is nothing negative to say and I would like to thank Debra and Carlos for a lovely holiday.

Clean and Spacious Villa for my family of 5, kids loved the pool. Lovely views over the lake. Just a short walk to the beach, Bars and restaurants. Great communication with Debra and Carlos as always.

Property had nice location with views over lake
Villa clean and tidy with everything you need. But after using the pool my 5&7 year old daughters had their blonde hair turn green. This was reported to Debra the agent and after telling me it was the sun lotion that was the problem. I then explained that it was the PH of the water ,/ copper content in the water and not chlorine or Sun lotion. CARLOS the owner attended that evening and tested water and said ph level wasn't right. He added chemicals to adjust and said that it should be ok to swim in again tomorrow. Unfortunately it didn't get better and turned my swimming shorts green and towels. Also 3 evenings spent washing kids hair with ketchup not what you expect to do on holiday. 3 swimming garments ruined and 2 towels. Reported to Carlos and he said he would check again. Tried to contact Debra again only to have her avoid phone calls and text messages. Only way we could use the pool was to buy the kids swimming hats. Overall thanks Carlos for trying to fix issue with pool but unfortunately it hasn't been resolved by the time we checked out. No compensation for damaged goods or refund. As for Debra she certainly shouldnt be employed to do her current job ,totally disgusted. We stay in 2 private villas a year with the kids and have never had anything happen like this. First negative stay through home & away ☹

Great location and good facilities.
We enjoyed out stay in Alcúdia.Excellent beach. Good for cycling with families. Easy journey from the airport. Local hotel can be noisy in the evening but stops soon after 12pm.

Fantastic Property - Woulod Reccomend
Myself and 5 other family members stayed her for a week in April. We really enjoyed our stay and the property had absoultely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is super clean and well equipped. There are a number of shops, pubs and restaurant extremely close and beach was fantastic.

Goraco polecam!!! Sehr Empfehlenswert!!!!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Debra begrüßt. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht , von Löffeln bis zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend an einem See und das Meer ist auch nicht weit weg Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn wir wieder nach Alcudia kommen dann nur zu Carlos und Debra!!!! Bardzo milo zostalismy przywitani przez Debre. Dom byl czyst i wyposazony we wszystko co jest potrzebne, poczawszy od lyzki po posciel i reczniki. Basen równiez byl czysty. Domek polozony jest w spokojnej okolicy nad jeziorkiem ( piekny widok z okien), do morza tez nie jest daleko. Czulismy sie tam bardzo dobrze i jesli jeszcze raz udamy sie do Alcudii, to tylko do Carlosa i Debry!!!

Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden
Das Objekt haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Der Pool war sauber und voll funktionsfähig. Leider machen die beiden Hotels gegenüber viel Animation (bis 23.00 Uhr), die teilweise sehr laut war.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, Wetter war ok der Pool konnte genutzt werden. Poolreinigung wurde durchgeführt, daher alles gut. Kleine Probleme wurden umgehend beseitigt.Das Umfeld ist nicht so ansprechend, dafür kann der Vermieter nicht. Aber die Verwaltung von Mallorca muß sich einiges einfallen lassen.

Sauber aber sehr verwohnt und Geräte defekt.
Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität nicht überein. Wir hatten einen netten Kontakt vor Ort, die Übergabe hat auch gut geklappt. Das Haus war sauber. Leider waren die Klimaanlagen im OG defekt und notdürftig mit einem mobilen Gerät ersetzt. In den anderen Räumen waren Ventilatoren. Toilettenspülung im OG defekt, Schimmel zur Nachbarwohnungen im Wohnzimmer, Schimmel in der Badewanne, Handtuchhalter fielen runter. Pool konnte nicht genutzt werden, war bereits am 2. Tag sehr verdreckt, da die Umwälzung nicht funktionierte. Alles sehr schade. Bilder und Video können wir gerne zur Verfügung stellen

Gepflegtes Reihenhaus in Alcudia
Wir haben uns in den Tagen von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht.der Pool und Garten war sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer und Betten waren ok und der Blick auf den See ist ein Highlight gewesen. Die Klimaanlage in der Suite müsste mal nach gesehen werden. Wir hatten eine gute zeit in Alcudia und würden diesen Haus bestimmt wieder mieten. An dieser Stelle bedanken wir uns bei Debra und Carlos, die sehr nett und aufgeschlossen zu uns waren. Accueil très sympatique avec de très bonnes explications. Debra est vraiment charmante. Check out facilité. On apprécie la vérandas, la propreté de l ensemble, l organisation des pièces. Il manque cependant un peu de rangement dans la salle d eau. Bon cette semaine, les voisins anglais étaient un peu bruyant.
