Unpleasant stay

At first I was excited and things looked okay. As the stay went on, found out the shower head was horrible, room had no phone, had plumbing issues at night and couldn’t find anyone at the front desk. Television had signal problems. Breakfast was okay. Probably won’t stay again or suggest to anyone else.

Staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevator broke as we were checking out so we weren’t able to use the trolley to bring all our stuff down. We had to use the stairs, which was very inconvenient for a family of seven.

The carpet was stained and nasty, the bathroom shower was moldy, there were some kind of unidentified splatter stains on the walls in various locations in the room, the smell was not pleasant, it was just overall run down and old and not kept up at all. There were not mattress pads on the bed under the fitted sheet. The mattress on the pull out bed was very dirty and stained. Trains passed by every hour or so and so you got to enjoy the sound of their horns every few minutes. Overall just gave you a gross feeling and we couldn't wait to get out of there.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The first room had mold around the tub, the smoked detector was cover with a bag, and the bed had dip, and an has an order. The jacuzzi wasn’t working.

The staff was as helpful as they could be, for being short-staffed, and an overflowing amount of customers. However, the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned so we had to be put in another room, the floors were always sticky and area garbage cans not emptied enough. The room was comfortable, and even though they were full, it was relatively quiet.
