Reasonable accommodations at a fair price. The free breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful. The cleanliness was not that great, there were food crumbs on the floor at the entrance to our room. The pool area was just outside our window and people were talking loudly late into the night which made it difficult to sleep.

Staff were excellent. Maintenance staff, housekeeping, hospitality; all went above and beyond. Rooms are clean. Property shows some age, issues with ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor. Internet service was erratic and not working. Management needs to invest in this property, good workforce.

On check in the clerk had an attitude. She was not friendly at all. When i came down to check on coffee maker not in room, I told her the phone did not work. She said she could hear me,I could not hear her. She swore that they work.

I booked the room for 5 people. We checked in. Went inside the room, checked amenities. There’s only 1 big towel so have to go down the reception around 11pm to request for extra towels. The bed was sagging in the middle. Felt like you’re in a trampoline. The bed made a noise (creaks) whenever you move. The toilet bowl has a hard water stain. I wish the rooms are checked and cleaned properly before renting out. The lady at the breakfast room was very helpful! Kudos to her.

The staff was very friendly. Extremely professional. We did not have any issues at all with our room, it was the room i requested. Staff had to open our door every time because it wasnt programmed but they were very HAPPY to come unlock the door. We thank everyone that worked to make our weekend fun and enjoyable.

I has two rooms, in both the tv didn't work. In one the refrigerator also didn't work, the shelf in closet had been pulled off the wall on one side and was just dangling. We were given 1 sheet and no pillows for the sofa beds. There were places on the wall where sheetrock had been chipped away. Ice machines on both floors where we had rooms were broken down. I generally try to avoid Comfort Suites due to issues like these that I continually see in this chain.
