Very good customer service with the whole staff. Clean, complementary breakfast is excellent. This hotel is better than a lot of Americanā€™s one. I will just suggest to publish their WhatsApp number so they be joined at the airport or a sign on their vehicles. I will definitely stay again

Amazing staff! Very friendly and professional.. they offered a free shuttle to and from the airport for free. I arrived very late to the hotel due to a delay flight and the person at the reception offered me some food ( as i could not buy anything at that time)

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival at 12:30 AM, they promptly arranged a shuttle upon our call. The check-in process at reception was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and food. I will definitely be returning!

The staff was by far the kindest and most helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the bed comfortable, the AC worked great and we felt safe and taken care of. We arrived late at night - first time in Algeria - our flight delayed and luggage lost. The staff welcomed us and helped us get on our way the next day. So grateful for this place and the people working there. The area outside is not conducive for walking around, but thatā€™s just us. We donā€™t know the language, but as for the hotel itself, we wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, again.

The hotel was spotless, modern and so comfortable! The staff were also very polite and helpful, and spoke perfect English. Such an easy and relaxed experience. I have and will continue to reccomend this hotel to others staying in the city.
