I booked a queen room but was instead given two twin beds. When I asked about this, I was told that bed requests are not guaranteed and that the hotel only had two queen rooms. Very misleading advertising of rooms, not making clear that there is only two rooms available. The shower was very filthy and the room mirror had not been cleaned either.

Excellent hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here.
This is an excellent hotel close to lot's of really good restaurants,tapas bars and the beach. The receptionists welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Our deluxe room was the best room that I have ever had. And I have stayed in a lot of hotels.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Room was clean and in good condition. Only thing was that the rooftop lounge and pool is situated at the rooftop bar and we felt uncomfortable sitting around the pool without buying repeated rounds of drinks.

Lovely hotel with space well equipped room.
Great location, lovely room, great nights sleep. Nice roof top bar with view of castle. We purchased pool access which was to a disappointing small pool with loungers in it! This should be described. I wouldn’t have purchased.

Lovely hotel in the second row of houses from the beach. Beach is less than 5 minutes away by foot. Staff is very attentive and willing to help. Hotel is close to the bus and tram stops, you can buy ticket inside the bus. Bus ticket is valid for transfer to a different bus/ tram line within an hour.

Nice hotel, good location. Rooms nice and modern. Great shower, but enclosure not quite enough to most of the water escaping. Only one mirror in bedroom with no power outlets nearby, so not ideal for my wife to get ready. Limited beds on rooftop for sun bathing. Breakfast items were not replenished after 10am if they ran out, you had to ask. Overall though a nice hotel in an excellent location

Supposedly a superior room but air conditioning didn't work and the ceiling fan was noisy. Also the sink was blocked so drained very slowly. Not sure how the hotel got it's rating as no evening restaurant, plunge pool only and no staff in attendance for the rooftop bar area. Narrow view to the beach. In fairness the receptionist on leaving was most helpful.

We really liked this hotel. Firstly, 2 minutes from the sea, located in the center of all attractions, very close to the Marina and the embankment. But most importantly, we are simply delighted with the service staff. This is especially at the front desk.. unfortunately I don’t remember the names these women, but they were so nice, so helpful, so smiling. The hotel itself is very clean, very beautiful, new. Delicious breakfasts, in a word, we had a great pleasure getting up there in the morning and returning.
