the front office personal was the worst staff that i have ever encounter. Very poor, they should be fired for there actions. There actions I thought was very discussting. I would asked them questions and would get a smart response. Very dirty, smelled like pot.

The whole hotel stunk of smoke. Filthy room with cigarette burns all over the bathroom solid surface countertop and stained sheets and bedding full of cigarette burns.

If roach motel was a place it will be the knights inn suite. When I walked inside the room I immediately wanted to check out in less than a minute. It look like housekeeping didn’t even bother to clean the room, just fluff the pillows. The sheets were dingy and started to change from white to off white. The white wash cloths and towels still had specks of dirt on them. When I asked the front desk for new sheets, washcloths, and towels. He said I can only get them between housekeeping hours, so I had no choice but to endure the disaster for one night. I arrived late to check in due to my flight being delayed from the global outage, so I reached there around 12AM. Thank goodness there was a target close by so in the morning I could get new things for my room. What was worse is that I didn’t get any sleep. My skin was itching from the bedsheets and it felt like bugs were crawling on my skin. I kept waking up just to check to make sure there wasn’t. I don’t recommend anyone, not even a drug addict detoxing for the night to stay here, this place is disgusting and I will NEVER set foot in the knights inn & suite again.

The lobby smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. The people at the desk that was checking us in was cursing the whole time and very mean. We left in the middle of the night because the cops kept getting called and we didn't feel safe. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. Overall I will not be staying here again.

The room was dirty, the sheets were not clean at all. The was roaches and hair plus a burned and dirty carpet. The bathroom was also not cleaned and the AC off and so old to work. The customer service receptionist was very rude and wild. Not coming ever. There was a terrible smoke odor in the aisle.
