Nice place, good value
Hotel and room in very good shape - don't know if hotel is new or has been re-modeled. Very good value - less expensive than hotels in the airport area. Very convenient to US 22 and restaurants on MacArthur Road. Definitely will stay there again.

Good if you’re on a budget
The hotel was fine for the rate of $100. The bed was comfortable enough. The fan in the bathroom was loud and obnoxious. The lack of elevators for luggage transport created a struggle for my family. I would stay here again because the rate is good and I’m poor. Breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is across the street from the mall. It was an ease parking and checking in. The room was newly renovated, so it felt ‘light and airy’. The room was clean.

This was not updated 2 stars at most. Bathroom was dirty and bed was uncomfortable. Staff came in to “clean room” bed was not made only towels were replaced. Guest service was not very helpful. Location convenient. Will not stay here again

I did not rent a nightclub but a room to have a nice night’s sleep, which did not happen, we drove the last leg of our trip over tired and exhausted. The karaoke went on until we complained at 1:40 am. The staff was rude in the morning when my husband and I complained. The breakfast was lukewarm. Eggs sausage? Not a great location. Road to the hotel was dark and in bad need of replacing. We are very disappointed and asked for a refund but the woman at the desk only said she was sorry and gave me the manager’s card. When I call on Monday, I am sure I will get the run around and no refund. Please do not list them on your site again. They are not in business to ensure a good night’s sleep and rest for their clientele. They would rather have a nightclub. I would like a refund.
