We stayed for 2 weeks and were very pleased with our stay. The area worked well for us as it was close to our family we were visiting. Personnel were very friendly and professional and did their jobs extremely well. Would stay there again.

None of the plumbing worked except toilet. Kitchen sink had garbage disposal ground up vegetables in it. Garbage disposal didn’t work at all. LED bulbs blinking like a Disney light show. Got in late Thursday and reported all of it Friday morning not credit of any kind issued

The elevator smelled like raid. Bathtub had mold around the lining. The bedroom wasn’t properly cleaned. It had dirty socks and used tissue under the bed. One of my pillowcases had a big black stain on it.

It’s hard to find the entrance of this hotel, especially when the whole entrance is swamped with people drinking and bbqing. When you come into the lobby it is very hot, and feels like the AC isn’t working. The room itself looks worn, and there are a lot of dirty corners and mildew in the shower. Our stay was loud with people running up and down the halls, knocking on doors and yelling.

A short stay
I had booked the hotel specifically to have access to a hot tub after a very long trip. When I got to the pool, it was out of order. I was very disappointed. I was also a bit shocked that I was charged $100 to have my dog stay with me. This was not mentioned at all when booking, so it came as a very big surprise when I went to check in. Service, cleanliness, and room size were wonderful. I really liked the large closet and access to a mini kitchen.
