Close to the beautiful coast and with partial sea views, this charming and newly renovated house offers access to park-like gardens and cozy terraces. The house dates back to 1936 and was lovingly renovated in 2020. It has a new and bright open kitchen where meals can be easily prepared. Beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating. The cozy living room has nice furniture and beautiful light from the south. You have direct access to a small and cozy stone terrace where you can enjoy your vacation overlooking the garden and beautiful nature. The garden of the house with fireplace and fruit trees is shared with the house owner, who lives in the main house in front of this house. The parking space is also shared with the owner.
In this beautiful cottage, a sturdy staircase leads to the sleeping area, a kind of loft with 2 small bed sections. Here it is incredibly charming, but with a slightly low ceiling height due to the sloping ceilings. There is a heat pump in the house and free internet. From the house it is not far to the beautiful coast, bike paths and shopping. If you want to walk on the beach, the cozy beach "Little SandkƄs" is not far from the house. The high comfort and location of the house make it suitable for vacation stays all year round.

Wir hatten einen sehr schƶnen Urlaub in diesem wirklich bezaubernden kleinen HƤuschen. Extrem nette Gastgeber, wunderschƶner Garten (eigentlich der Garten der EigentĆ¼mer aber Mitbenutzung war mƶglich), toller kleiner Strand auch fĆ¼r Kinder in fusslƤufiger Entfernung. Wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen.
