Villa With Pool and Stunning Sea Views

House on the hill about 70 meters above the sea in the UrbanizaciĆ³n Los Pinos on the beach of Velilla.
It's a house consisting of 2 apartments with fully independent entrance. Access to the upper house from the street directory and can be enjoyed from the outset with an excellent view of the Mediterranean sea, which can be enjoyed from the living room while on vacation.
Both the lounge and the bedrooms are fully furnished and decorated and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
In the lower part of the plot is an area composed of terrace, garden with tropical plants and a private swimming pool 7x4 m usable throughout the year.
The bottom housing is occupied by the owner of the house who speaks perfect English and French.
You can park your car outside the house with no parking problem during all seasons.
The area has a subtropical climate with temperatures ranging between 18 Āŗ C in winter to 30 Āŗ C in summer.

Incredible View
The unique selling point of this villa is the most incredible view of the sea and the Costa Tropical coastline. What more can you ask for. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary modern conveniences. The owner lives in the downstairs apartment but we only saw him on the first day so had complete sole use of the pool and garden. Communication was excellent and the owner was very accommodating. I would suggest you need a car to get to and from the beach and town centre. I would highly recommend this property but perhaps donā€™t tell too many people, letā€™s keep it our secret.

Amazing views and wonderful pool
This villa provided everything that we wanted from our holiday. We were able to totally chill out at the villa, waking up to amazing views of the sea and the mountains. The private pool was fantastic for chilling out and relaxing throughout the day. The kitchen was well equipped and had an oven, gas rings, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Although Juan recommended a hire car, we were able to walk into town, to the beach and nearby villages with shops and restaurants. It is a twenty minute walk back to the villa from the sea front with steep gradients, which could be an issue for children, elderly etc (although Iā€™m sure you could use taxis if required). Communication with Juan was easy and he was very helpful and responsive prior and throughout our stay. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to return in the future, thank you Juan and Margot, MIck and Cheryl (mid to late fifties) šŸ‘ā˜€ļøšŸ˜

Die Gastgeber hatten uns schon vor unserer Reise Ć¼ber alle wichtigen Details der Wohnung informiert. So fĆ¼hlten wir uns von Anfang an willkommen. Die SonnenaufgƤnge von der Terrasse aus zu beobachten war das beste. Und abends hƶrt man das Meer rauschen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr diskret. So konnten wir unsere Zeit dort gut genieƟen. FeWo hƤtte nicht besser sein kƶnnen. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Juan war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein bisschen BaulƤrm aus der Umgebung, etwas heruntergekommene RĆ¼ckseiten der HotelhochhƤuser am Strand sowie die z.T etwas steile Zufahrt liegen nicht in der Verantwortung des Vermieters. Von morgens bis abends den Ausblick genossen
Die Lage ist absolut Traumhaft und eine richtige wohltat fĆ¼r Herz und Seele. Den Garten und den Pool konnten wir fĆ¼r uns alleine geniessen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit es mangelte uns aboslut an nichts. FĆ¼r uns war das Bett eher etwas schmal und "Durchgelegen" hier mĆ¼sste dringend ein Ersatz her. Die Wohnung ist tratitionell Spanisch eingrichtet und im Bad gibt es Renovationsbedarf. Falls Sie nicht absolut perfektionistisch sind und mit kleineren MƤngel leben kƶnnen, ein Pardies fĆ¼r Ferien
