The holiday home offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday. On 3 floors spread over 147m ² a total of 5 bedrooms with double beds (from 01.01.2020 still an additional bunk bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and toilet (from 01.01.2020 still a 2nd bath), a separate toilet, a modern Kitchen with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and much more There is also an open-plan living / dining area with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa area and a wood-burning stove.
The outdoor area has a balcony, a terrace, a sunbathing area, a fire bowl, a charcoal grill and a garden with a sandpit.
On 147m ² the holiday house Reinerzau offers a high quality equipment for your family holiday.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms available, spread over 3 floors and each equipped with a double bed (from 01.01.2020 still an additional bunk bed). There are two travel cots for your children as well as a changing table, a children's toilet seat, a high chair and children's games.
And so that your dog also feels comfortable in our holiday home, a feeding and drinking bowl is available in addition to a blanket.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and a toilet (from 01.01.2020 still a 2nd bath). There is also a separate toilet on the middle floor.

A dishwasher, an induction stove with oven, a toaster, a coffee machine for filter coffee u.v.m. awaits you in the modern kitchen with its well-stocked furnishings.
The open plan living / dining area adjoins the kitchen. This invites you to linger together with a cozy sofa and a large dining table. A pleasant feel-good atmosphere is additionally created by the existing stove. Here you can put your legs up in the evening and toast to the beautiful day with a glass of wine or a cool beer from the Alpirsbacher brewery.

The offer for cozy hours in the house is rounded off by Internet, WLAN, TV and board games, while in the outdoor area the balcony with adjoining terrace seduces by a wonderful view and wonderful peace.

In the garden, the sunbathing area, the charcoal grill, the fire bowl and the sandpit leave nothing to be desired. From 01.01.2020 the garden is also fenced.

The sauna hut, the hot tub and the outdoor shower provide the perfect relaxation and recreation feeling.

The house is large, comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit from the USA. Great communication from the host, unbelievably beautiful location and great surrounding towns. Thanks for the amazing visit to Germany!!!

Ein schöner Kurztrip
Alles war in bester Ordnung. Lediglich wie schon mehrfach erwähnt wurde ist der Weg zur Sauna. Dieser ist bei Regen nur äußerst vorsichtig zu begehen. Und die Gartenlounge sollte auch mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles bestens. Sogar mit Blick auf Alpakas gegenüber vom Gebäude.

Am Ende wird abgerechnet :)
Wir sind mit einer Gruppe angereist. Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Man ist fern ab vom Schuss, aber hat die Natur direkt vor seiner Haustür. Die Buchung hat reibungslos funktioniert, aber bekanntlich wird am Ende abgerechnet, so auch hier. Uns wurden im Nachgang noch Kosten in Rechnung gestellt und man hatte das Gefühl, das auf ein potentielles Fehlverhalten spekuliert wird. Handtücher wurden ausgelegt, jedoch gab es keine Information dazu, das nur ein Set Handtücher/Besucher genutzt werden dürfen. Wir sollten auch für das Enteisens vom Kühlschrank nochmals Geld bezahlen. Ich hatte ein mit Blut? verdrecktes Laken in der Hand gehabt. Am Ende sollte ich dafür belangt werden. Ich empfand es auch als nervig, das am Ende jeder Firlefanz mit Fotos dokumentiert wurde, um uns ja noch Geld aus den Rippen zu leiern. Daher Obacht und schön selber Fotos schießen.

Familienurlaub
Im großen und ganzen hat es uns gut gefallen. Die Küche und Zubehör waren ausreichend vorhanden und das Haus ist sehr sauber. Der Grill im Garten ist leider sehr klein und für 10 Personen nicht ausreichend. Leider waren die Matratzen in den oberen Räumen schon sehr durch gelegen.. Das 2. „ Badezimmer“, hatte zwar eine schöne große Dusche mit Waschbecken, aber leider keine Toilette. Der Raum war eher ein Hauswirtschaftsraum, mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank ( in diesem fehlte die 2. Schublade im Gefrierfach) und Putzutensilien mit Schrank. Der vorhandene Sandkasten ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse, waren zum Teil sehr durchgesessen und es gab keine Sitzpolster, was den Aufenthalt dort ein wenig unbequem machte. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon, waren leider schon so defekt, dass man sich nur sehr vorsichtig darauf setzen konnte. Die Sauna die sich im Garten befindet, hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der HotTube, war bei der Anreise, aus Hygienegründen nicht befüllt, sehr positiv, allerdings bedeutet dies einiges an Vorlaufzeit, da er mit Holz befeuert wird. Eine Anmerkung zum Funkempfang, Telefonnetz ist nicht verfügbar, telefonieren aus dem WLAN funktioniert, sehr gut.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und es hat soweit auch alles geklappt. Sauna und hot Tube natürlich das Highlight ! Leider wurden wir bei der Holzbestellung für hot tube und Kamin falsch beraten und mussten dann gleich am nächsten Tag Holz nachkaufen…außerdem gibt es draußen am Hot Tube KEIN Licht…im Winter echt doof. Trotzdem eine super Unterkunft und eine Megaa schöne Gegend

Tolles Wochenende mit Freunden
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, wir waren 12 Personen, die Unterkunft war dafür auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, nur das WLAN ist nicht gut und wir hatten kein Empfang. Beim Hottub fehlt einen Leiter, wir Frauen hatten hier etwas Schwierigkeiten beim ein und aussteigen. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Es war alles super! Wunderschönes Haus und Platz für jeden! Sehr ruhige Lage, man kann richtig genießen. Blöd war nur das Wlan. Durch den schlechten, bis garkeinen Empfang, war man auf Elan angewiesen. Das hat leider nicht so richtig funktioniert.

Ein schönes Haus mit Abstrichen
Pro: Gehobene Ausstattung, bequem, sehr schön ruhig gelegen, sauber. Schöne Sauna und Hottub. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Contra: Geschirrspüler ging leider nicht. Alles, was wir unten reinluden wurde nie sauber. Es kam jemand für die Reparatur, das Problem ließ sich aber nicht so schnell beheben. Bei 7 Erwachsenen und drei Kleinkindern zu spülen, hat die Urlaubsstimmung schon gedämpft.. Kein Internet, es gibt zwar WLAN, aber so schwach, dass maximal eine WhatsApp rausgeht. Das ist wohl der Nachteil bei der idyllischen Lage. Keine Telefonate möglich und Google Maps konnte auch keine Routenführung starten...

Tolle Umgebung mit viel Platz jedoch mit einigen Makeln
Großes Ferienhaus in einer Schönen Umgebung. Sauna und Hottube sind ein echt toller Bonus für das Haus, auch bietet es sehr viel Platz. Leider hat das Haus aber auch schon viele Gebrauchsspuren. Da es in dem Gebiet auch kein Empfang gibt ( hatten 5 verschiedene Anbieter) ist man auf das Internet stark angewiesen, nur leider funktionierte dieses auch nicht.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Tolles Ferienhaus, wir waren hier ein Wochenende mit einer Gruppe von Freunden (11 Erwachsene) und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Hot Tube und Sauna sind ein schönes Extra, vor allem wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt viel Stauraum. Lediglich das Stockbettzimmer ist ein wenig dunkel gewesen.

Gemütliches Haus mit ganz viel Platz und Traum-Lage mitten in der Natur
Wir als Freundeskreis mit zwei Kleinkindern und Hund haben unsere Zeit in Reinerzau unglaublich genossen. Das Haus steht mit einigen anderen Häusern mitten im Schwarzwald auf einem Hügel an dem ein Bach entlang läuft. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus in jede Richtung wunderschön mitten in die Natur spazieren, was für uns mit Hund perfekt war. Alle der vielen Räume sind gemütlich und mit viel Stauraum eingerichtet und bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsort, auch für größere Gruppen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und beinhaltet wirklich ausreichend Geschirr. Es gibt im Obergeschoss ein großes Badezimmer, zusätzlich eine Toilette im mittleren Stockwerk und im unteren Stockwerk eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken in der Waschküche. Die Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen ein. Durch das Rauschen vom Bach fühlt es sich an warmen Tagen auf der Terrasse mit geschlossenen Augen fast wie Strandurlaub an :) Im Garten stehen eine Saunahütte und ein Hottub bereit, letzteres kann aber ausschließlich mit Holz beheizt werden! Zum Einkaufen kann man in wenigen Autominuten ins nahegelegene Loßburg fahren, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf erhält. Auch Freudenstadt lädt zu einem Ausflug zum Bummeln ein. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht unseren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu Gestalten und immer erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!
