Pessimo atendimento dos responsaveis/proprietários
Os quartos superiores tem a porta voltada pra rua lateral que e uma avenida bem movimenta. Como nao tem isolamento acustico na porta, fica muito barulhento e todo movimento da rua se escuta no quarto. Embora eu tivesse pedido um apartamento silencioso na reserva, isso nao foi observado. Os proprietarios raramente aparacem e nao tem nenhum gerente responsavel para resolver. Tive um acidente e precisei sair antes. Mas os responsaveis sequer apareceram para qualquer apoio ou ajuda. Lamentavel.

Estada confortável e bem localizada
Estadia confortavel, quartos bem limpos, tem uma pequena varanda com rede e varal de chao para secar as roupas pós cachoeira. Os funcionarios são atenciosos e gentis, incluindo o dono que sempre está na Pousada. A equipe da recepção tambem esta preparada para sugerir passeios de acordo com suas preferencias. Tanbem gostamos muito da fogueira que acendem diariamente as 19h. Apenas o cafe da manhã que poderia ter mais variedades e o fato de nao reporem o frigobar que pode melhorar.

Pousada super bem cuidada e com funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Para ir até a rua onde ficam os restaurantes tem q ir de carro, 5min. Mas isso não é um problema. Nada a reclamar.
