Awesome place to stay!

Our first stay at this hotel brand, but everything surpassed our expectations. Sheets were soft, room was very clean, we didn't have any issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

I wasnā€™t able to get a single bed room other than a suite and so I paid a little bit extra for the room, but it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and I was not disappointed. I did not have any trouble, The area was quiet.

It sucked!

No Elevator. No Wifi. Tv didnt work. No mini fridge, no microwave, no pool, no gym. Spent 45 minutes trying to call front desk about tv. No one ever answered. Went don the freaking stairs again no one at the desk and people waiting lobby to check in, have no idea when they finally got checked in. Will NEVER EVER book with hotels.com again.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly. Our toilet ran and we kept having to take the lid off and fix it. It was annoying. The battery in the tv remote needed replaced, but not a reflection of the stay, they just needed to be told or switch it out. The breakfast was complimentary. It was a very basic selection. If you want a hot meal, you will need to go somewhere else. The coffee was very thick and not very good. Parking was great and the lot was well lit.
