We had to wait to check in, rooms not ready apparently. Toilet had a stain on it. Yuck! Body wash was empty. Microwave had a strong Oder of burnt popcorn. Turned heat down to 68 and the room was stuffy and warm all night. The mattress was completely worn out. Springs squeaked loudly all night. Bed was very uncomfortable. Evening clerk was really sweet, but that didn’t make our stay better. I would not recommend this Hotel.

A very simple, quick, and courteous check in. The lobby was clean and the room was clean. All of the accessories in the room were in very good condition. The beds are Very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. Definitely a great deal for the price. I will stay there again on my next vist to Amarillo.
