I reserved a king size room that was handicap accessible. When I arrived I was told that there were no king rooms and no handicap. Was put in a room on the second floor with two standard beds with an extremely noise a/c and standard tub and shower. Front counter help was very unhelpful and offered no solution for my reservation not being fulfilled. Very dissatisfied.

This property is very outdated. My husband had to mop the floor with a rag was disgusting. Pubic hairs in the bathtub dog hair everywhere. And Kleenex box and toilet paper holder were rusted. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and had a good breakfast that was the only good things I have to say about this property.

Beautiful rooms and room decor even lacking ada features such as grab bars in shower/bath. Front office very quick to service the breakfast bar.

Next to highway traffic intersection. Difficult to navigate from a couple of directions. Limited well lit parking. Inside facility was easy to navigate. Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Bed comfortable.
