Do not stay here!!!!
This hotel is ALL smoking!! We requested a non smoking room we sent a text stating our check in would be at 2am. When we arrived the entire lobby smelled of smoke. They did not have a non smoking room available for us but said they would after 2pm. We were exhausted so we went to the room to TRY to sleep. It’s was disgusting my throat started hurting and the smell was unbearable!! At 9 am I went to the front desk and still they could not accommodate us. We packed our belongings and left the hotel immediately. I do not recommend this hotel at all!! Unless you are a smoker on a very low budget. The hotel room was plain and uncomfortable the towels were stiff and scratchy! Just a very very bad experience overall.

I paid the reservation via Expedia but the hotel refused to let me access my room. They told me you must pay Alain until we receive the money from Expedia. They were rude and I was in a hurry to take some rest before my next flight. They tricked me saying if you want your room pay first. So now I paid the room twice and it was dirty room. I didn’t use anything because I was scared of getting sick.

Worst experience in IBIS
It wasn't a good experience at all, I thought same standards applies to all Ibis Hotels, issue of cleanliness, also it is winter in Amman, heater wasn't working, and no blankets offered instead. Breakfast was the worst breakfast I have seen, only on person serving the whole dinning, very poor buffet, many items were out, when we asked for replenishment, the waiter said they run out, bread and pastry were definately not eatable.
