Great property for a quick in-and-out to Amsterdam. The hotel lobby is awesome with a great rock&roll design and great for meeting fellow guests at the small bar. The reception is very welcoming and helpful. Great location, very walkable along the canals. I had the shared bathroom/shower room (1 night only stay), which were very very basic. The windows are paper thin and Amsterdam on the weekends is VERY lively, so I got no sleep. Oh well. The steep stairs are also a death trap, so be careful and pack light if staying for a long time. Overall though, for what it is and the price point, it has a very charming bed and breakfast vibe that I enjoyed. The breakfast is also delightful and great quality, I left satisfied and ready to travel. Thank you!

The hotel was as expected, as shown in the pictures, location convenient We had a bad experience with the transfer to the airport, as we were told the price was one, but in the taxi we were charged a different one. No explanation was given by the hotel when we called them, we were extra charged for no reason. Its a pity that this ruined our whole experience in the hotel, none tried to follow up with us about this

A cool and hip hotel with a musical theme it's definitely close to a lot of happening areas in Amsterdam. It is four stories high and the staircase is like a ladder so beware if you have suitcases it may be tough to get up there.

Great front desk staff- friendly and nice! Very convenient and close to transport, shops, restaurants and more. Fantastic breakfast I would definately recommend getting. Unique hotel theming. Downside- some rooms have shared bathroom and shower, no a.c. Would I stay again? Yes!

Our family stayed here for 4 days prior to a cruise We had a wonderful time, loved the rooms which had brand new mattresses, everything was spotless. The staff were so fun and accommodating. We would highly recommend it.

The experience was good overall. The location is very good, easy access walking everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow & very steep. The hotel room floor had not been vacuumed. The beds were comfortable. There is no air conditioning, which would have been fine, but we were there during a heat wave. The two nights we slept there were unbearably hot. They gave us fans, but it was genuinely miserable. The hotel does have a very cool vibe and the decor is fun.
