I really enjoyed location. There was so much accessible restaurants within the hotel and I enjoyed the Sky View , the ride up on the elevator was so cool. I didn’t expect to see a plane on the property, which made my stay so much cooler.Plus the hotel provided free transportation to the airport.It was very unique and fun hotel for those traveling with or without family.

I liked its proximity to center of Amsterdam. It was a perfect way for me to walk and learn about the country. The museums were about 6.5 miles from the museum and took me about 2.5 hours to walk and stop and take pictures. And the same back! I’m a long distance runner and walker and this is perfect for me ! And I don’t expect many people to agree with my idea of having fun!

Nice place, especially the pool. However, they will charge you extra 10 euros for each hour spent after 12pm (checkout time). No other hotel has done this. Everything costs money, nothing is included except the pool and shuttle. The spa is an average sauna rooms, nothing outstanding. Breakfast not included. I liked the hotel but expected more for the money. Overall: positive experience but would have appreciated an extra hour for the checkout

Things we liked: The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel had dining options. We liked the shuttle. The rooms were quiet. The bed was comfortable. We had to ask each day to have our room refreshed. There were cups and saucers but no way to make coffee or tea. We used the cups and glasses over our 4 night stay and they were never replaced with clean dishes. The shower had weak pressure and constantly changed temperatures. In addition the bathroom light went out while you were in the shower as the bathroom lights were motion sensitive.
