Exceptionally polite staff who went out their way to accommodate a sick traveler. They offered me a hot beverage and allowed me to check in early. Comfortable bed and room with all the amenities. Including an espresso machine, refrigerator, TV, and excellent WiFi. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

A nice compatible room. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice area on the edge of the city centre with a nice vibe and good cafes and bars. Easy to get to the city centre on foot or by tram.

After a cruise this was an ideal area to access museums. The good cute hotel clean and not fussy decor. Good breakfast as well. Fantastically walkable neighbourhood with everything within 15 Min. The bed was also comfortable. The bad : air conditioning. Let me preface this by saying I only stay in hotels with a/c as I currently require it due to hot flashes. 2/3 nights were horrible with internal room temps at 24.5-25 degrees. With staff suggesting that the a/c is working ( not) rebooting should work ( didn’t). Have ac tech look with no problem ( we had a digital thermo with us due to cruise) No change in room as they were busy. We sort of opened a window ( double window to combat noise from the very busy street) by propping a umbrella in it to get cool but was left with the noise of party trams and people on a first floor room. Sigh The management followed up with compensation of city tax and “sorry”. So warning to all. If you need ac give this hotel a pass.

I would appreciate if this property would prioritize guests arriving from North America as we are exhausted and jet lagged. We understand the check in time is 3pm but if someone is arriving from Brussels or Paris and is on the same time zone versus someone arriving from U.S. or Canada, they should prioritize getting those guests who haven’t slept all night their room earlier. It was also very warm in the room upon arrival and the air conditioning didn’t feel up to the standard of a 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location for access to museums, dining and transportation. Garden room was very nice although multiple level including an unusual step into the bathroom. Garden area was not as nice as pictured. It was very windy during our visit but there was paper and trash and it was not really conducive to sitting as the view was mostly just the walls and other garden rooms. Staff was nice and helpful during checkin and storage of bags. Good value for the money and would stay there again.

Stayed one night in August 2024. In a safe neighborhood and close to major museums and boat tour. There's a supermarket around the corner to buy water. Room is clean and there’s an elevator. Room and bathroom size is ok for European standards. No fan in the bathroom so it’s bit humid after shower. Has good AC. Check out is 12 noon which is helpful.
