Great place to stay right by Central Station and the large underwater bike parking garage. Very comfortable stay with kind staff that allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out

False information provided at checkin
Hi - I was told when I checked in that breakfast would be available at 7AM. Turns out that was a lie - when I went down to the breakfast room at 7:05, I was told “I’m sorry, Sir, breakfast doesn’t open until later on Sundays”. Ridiculous. I would like a partial refund on my room fee. I didn’t have the flexibility to wait until later because I had a departing flight to catch.
