Comfortable, clean and friendly hotel
Great hotel in good location. Whilst outside of central Amsterdam it was quick and easy to get the tram in to the centre with the station a very short walk from the hotel. Hotel itself was modern, friendly with a nice bar and restaurant. Would recommend.

A nice hotel in a convenient location for access to the metro. Air conditioning wasn’t great which was a downside as the weather during our stay was very hot.

First choice for my next trip to Amsterdam
I would choose this location first for personal or business trips to Amsterdam. Right by the Osteramstel stop, so super convenient for getting around. Staff was very nice. Workout area was decent. Bed was too soft for my liking.

Overall, a very nice hotel.
Service was great, especially in bar and restaurant. Loved the special touches for so many concert goers. Junior suite was lovely, twin room was very small, even for European standards. Both rooms were unseasonably warm, as the A/C would turn off in the middle of the night, and never brought the rooms below 21celsius.

They were so accommodating. Pure hospitality. They also created a great experience for the Taylor Swift concert goers, like an entire area for selfies and bracelet making. They also were extremely helpful. The breakfast was unmatched in quality.
