The room was comfortable and clean, nice tv in the room. The continental breakfast was not great, no coffee or juice. It was comprised of prepackaged muffins and tea bags with hot water. If juice machine and coffee machines are broke then repair, replace or remove them.

didn't get to stay- the man at the reception desk was rude he charged me extra for having 3 people in a room that sleeps 4-he did not like when i expressed that - i paid extra because it was saturday night and had no where else to sleep- after he checked us in i asked for an extra room card - he told me i couldn't have one - i said you just made me pay extra for having 3 people in a room that sleeps 4 - we have slept in a different place each night for the last week and it has not been a problem - no one has charged us extra and everyone has given us an extra room card - he told us he did not think we were being respectful to him and we could NOT stay at his hotel - i reached out to my credit card company and he has not yet refunded our money we were than forced to pay twice as much at another hotel because it was the only one available on a saturday night at 6pm - he did not greet us when we entered, he was on his personal cell phone through out the whole encounter and would not give us his name absolutely would not recommend!!

Nothing special. It’s bonus is it was clean. Breakfast is a joke. Heat up a frozen sandwich. Needs some renovations. Staff was not friendly. Not rude, but not welcoming. Just stay overnight if you need a place to crash.

It was our stop coming from Manchester New Hampshire. Two nights. Went from there to Niagara Falls, cane back and stayed a second night. Got there at 11:00 pm both nights. Right off the freeway...clean... Coffee was hot at 6:00 am...breakfast sandwich to heat up if u wanted... A good stay for us.

The woman who helped us check in at the front desk, I believe her name was Renée, was so kind and helpful. She was very personable. We were a bit disappointrd at the lack of continental breakfast as we were under the impression it was included with our stay. Instead we enjoyed breakfast at a local cafe and that was wonderful.

The clerk had the audacity to ask me if I was traveling alone. That is none of his business. While checking in and out I had to wait for a clerk. This is my second and last time staying at this Super 8. I did not feel safe after the clerk questioned me, I had an important event to attend to in the area so I had to stay. The bathroom had hair in the tub and looked like it wasn’t cleaned.
