Welcoming staff always ready to help with advice on where to go/ eat in Amsterdam. Well laid out rooms with all you need. We had a problem with aircon which they sorted out immediately without hesitation. Would definately recommend especially for its location in the city.

I loved everything about this hotel. Awesome location, close to good shops and very close to Central Station. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were so thoughtfully done, with Bluetooth music speakers throughout the ceilings so you can listen to music even when in the shower. The waterfall shower was gorgeous, didn't want it to end. Bed was also super comfy. I’ll be staying here any time I come to Amsterdam for sure :)

Convenient location to the train station and to so much! Even though the room was more of a garden level, it didn’t feel like it was. The room was small but we didn’t need more space and it actually utilized the space so well. The check in process was simple and they provided great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
