Desk clerk from hell. This hotel is clean and in a nice location in Anacortes and I had pleasant interactions with two of the women in the reception area. However, I attempted to extend my stay and one particular desk clerk was rude, deliberately misleading and unable to complete simple computer functions. He also lied about the hotels Expedia interactions, refused to seek assistance and insisted I had to pack up by 11am and change rooms because "Expedia assigns the rooms and we can't change them". Because of this experience, I chose not to stay another night though I had already paid for it ...I packed up and left. There has been no follow up from the owners, or a refund, after I followed up with a phone call.

We stayed two nights here during the "Oyster Run" motorcycle ralley. We are not motorcyclists and the noise, people smoking nearby and partying to the wee hours is probably not typical, so take our ratings with a grain of salt.

Very disapointed
This is not the place to stay. There is very poor service and no one responds is the office. The sign on the office door says that coffee will be available in the morning. In the morning the sign on the door says “not open until 9am”. The parking is right outside the units so as soon. As someone leaves you can hear everything. I wonder if the high scores are not provided by the management. Terrible stay.

Hotel doesn't have a/c so a little inconvenient on hot days. It is very convenient to the main street and Piers for walking around. It's a very nice older hotel.

Great little place
Loved this place, except for 1 thing. If you're in room 20, the TV doesn't work and they'll just tell you to unplug it and plug it back in. That's doesn't work and they don't seem to bothered by it. Other than that it's a great little place, close to everything.

the hotel was absolutely inflexible with even a partial refund for a non-refundable booking made more than 4 days in advance for which a cancellation request was placed the same day. this is when Expedia was also supportive of the situation.
