On the edge of walking distance to Disneyland, the best quality. It’s a motel, not a hotel setup which can be great for motorists with families. Motels are often noisy and this one was as well. If The bed was super hard and the room quality wasn’t great. Still the room served as a good base for our family Disneyland vacation. The people running the place are very nice and I thank them.

If you want a 1/2 decent place to lay your head and sleep that is walking distance (15 minutes) to Disneyland then this is your place. There was definitely some dust above mirrors and on lights. The bed was clean and no bugs. The towels were getting a little worn out. We stayed on the 2nd floor near the pool and all we heard was a rooster all day and night. Luckily we both had ear plugs. The owner/manager was very nice and helpful. We got there early and were able to park our car there. The parking for our two nights was $23 US. My teenage daughter and I felt safe on our walk there and back.

No-frills Motel Close to Theme Parks
Small and older no-frills motel located in a neighborhood about 20 minutes (walking) to Disneyland Parks. We chose this hotel because we needed 3 queen-sized beds. The room was very roomy and perfectly sized for a larger group. There was a separate bedroom with a television and 1 queen bed and a separate room with the other 2 beds, kitchenette and sink. The beds were all different - one was hard, one was very creaky and the other seemed good. The beds only have a sheet and a very thin blanket and cover which didn’t provide a lot of warmth. The bathroom was mostly clean minus some sort of spill stuck on the walls. Towels were very thin and rough. Shower temperature and pressure were amazing. The hotel offers free parking but only if you book directly. The only issue we had was very loud music at 11pm coming straight through the walls. We called the front desk and were told there was nothing they could do about it since it was coming from somewhere in the neighborhood and we could call the police. I felt like this was something they could have and should have addressed instead of just almost rudely dismissing the problem. All-in-all, the motel served it’s purpose but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

You get what you paid for
Went for Disney, to save some money we decided on this hotel as it’s a 20min walk. The good: -Distance was great to Disney -price was the cheapest -owner was kind The bad: -The location was okay, a lot of homeless people around the area. - The hotel it self was not clean. The walls were dirty, the towels had a weird smell and were dirty. -the mattress was dirty and had stains, and it was very uncomfortable

Less than desirable. Poor draining shower. Slightly lumpy mattress. Towels felt like sandpaper. They should clean the walls. The room smells of curry. And if you’re to park your car there, it’ll cost you. Would NOT recommend.

Really close to Disneyland that it’s a short walk or a cheap Uber. It also offers an authentic Disney character experience. Their neighbors have their own Hei Hei that you will hear throughout the day 😂

Great location for a great price
Our stay was amazing. 10 minute walk to Disney, next door to a gas station/convience store and a taco bell open late. We even had a partial view of the fireworks from the room. Only thing slightly annoying was the tv. The stations didnt work but they had select channels on demand with a couple options. Not a big deal as we werent there to watch TV. Highly recommend.

Room was nice and clean but only one chair to sit. We were three people family with kid to stay. While booking it says free parking and they charged for parking extra. Near to Disneyland 20 minutes to walk.

This was a very spacious room. It had a decent size fridge and a microwave. Plenty of space for luggage. The beds were on the firm side which doesn’t bother me. I would have loved softer pillows, that’s really my only complaint. It was a $7-$8 Lyft to Disneyland. Starbucks is on the corner with Taco Bell and there’s a Shakey’s pizza a short walk away. I would stay here again for the price.
