With a recent complete remodel, this modern home boasts luxe finishes, modern style, and trendy farmhouse-style furnishings. On wintry nights, you'll stay toasty warm in front of one of the gas fireplaces in either the main living area or the primary bedroom. The main bedroom also has its own private balcony ideal for taking in the epic mountain view. If your traveling companions include your dogs, feel free to bring up to two of them along to enjoy the fully-fenced yard shared with the neighboring rental. The backyard is an excellent space for breathing in fresh air from the deck or gathering around the firepit for a chat. The gorgeous custom kitchen is one of the most eye-catching spaces and is sure to delight anyone who is culinarily inclined. With a spacious island, upscale stainless steel appliances, and a sleek hood vent at your disposal, you're almost guaranteed to whip up something gourmet.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.

Up to two family dogs are welcome for a small nightly fee.

Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo B may be rented with Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo A as Midtown Anchorage Basecamp to accommodate up to 16 guests.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
