Timberline Treehouse Chalet w/ Hot Tub!

Beautiful Girdwood Chalet with great views! Tastefully updated for all to enjoy. Great natural lighting throughout the home. Enjoy the sun with mountain views on the front deck while enjoying the grill You’ll be in walking distance to the mountain resort and local restaurants and other venues. Additionally, there are several places to rent bicycles during the summer and skis in the winter. Many trails and ski runs are awaiting for your adventure. After a long day of skiing or hiking relax in our new hot tub and enjoy the private wooded setting. Hot tub hours end at 10pm each night. No exceptions.

Absolutely No parties. We live close by and consider this home to be a place to relax & enjoy the wonders of Girdwood. If you plan to party, please book another home.

Strict outdoor quiet hours: 10pm-8am. We live in a community of year round residents. Please treat our neighbors like you would treat your own. Plus we are one of your neighbors!

The number of guests you have booked is the number of guests who are allotted to stay in the home/enjoy the hot tub. Hot tub hours end at 10 PM each night. No exceptions.

There is NO smoking allowed inside the property or around the doors or porches. This includes vaping and any legal or illegal drugs.

House was exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean upon arrival, and fully stocked with amenities to get our family through an entire week. Hot tub was a family favorite after a day of exploring. Shades were dark in bedrooms to make sleeping easy with kids who aren’t used to Alaska summer light at nighttime. Communication with host was immediate and fast. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Would stay here again and recommend to future travelers.

Great for all ages!
What a great oasis for our group of family and visitors. As we explored Girdwood and Whittier for the weekend, we enjoyed all our time relaxing between adventures in this cozy home. It had everything we needed and more. All the details have been addressed, like the kitchen, which has so many spices! The house is bright and spacious. We truly enjoyed the peaceful vibes in the neighborhood and the hot tub. If you have a big group and need lots of beds and space, this place exceeds your expectations.

We were unable to get check in information from the property owner until just hours before check in only after I had to contact VRBO support. Upon arrival we found cation tape wrapped around a falling front porch. Upon entering the cabin we were highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the property but again we were unable to reach property owner. We decided to stay because I was unsure I could secure any type of refund. Although the location was lovely the cabin was filthy. We found dirty pots and pans incrusted with food. We had to wash all dishes and cutlery before using them. The floors were filthy.

Great house
This is our 2nd time staying at this house. We loved our stay the first time and found the house to be rather cozy. As pleasant as it could be are stay was short and lacking in a few things. The first bedroom on the right has a ticking heater, and if you are a light sleeper as i am it will keep you up all night. IF that doesn't keep you up , the snow sheding of the roof like a cannon might. This didn't happen our first stay, But it is down right loud and hard to sleep when it is happening. Love the house just hard to get restful sleep .

We enjoyed staying at this property for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends. The house was spotless, the hot tub was wonderful and there was everything needed to make ourselves at home. I found additional fees added at the time of booking to be confusing and surprising, but it appears that the homeowner is working to resolve this.

Awesome house in an awesome location!
Very nice property in a great location! Walking distance to the Girdwood brewery was an added perk :). Owners keep the house in great condition and are easy to reach if you need to We we’re impressed that they even had portable AC units for the top two floors. Probably only need them a couple weeks out of the year, but we were there one of those weeks and were so happy they had thought of that! Thank you for a great stay!

This was a beautiful and very well maintained house in the woods but also close to all the attractions. Well stocked kitchen easy for cooking and the owner was very communicative when we had a question. I would recommend this house for any age. Well stocked too for toddlers.

Really beautiful!
This house is absolutely stunning and really great for a group. I used this house for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend and it was great! Heads up: if you stay in the winter the driveway becomes incredibly treacherous if it rains due to it being at an incline. However there is sand/gravel provided to fix that issue which was very helpful. The hot tub was great but the owner is very adamant about not using it after 10pm FYI so if you want a house with a hot tub you can use at your leisure maybe book a different house. Overall the house was amazing and in a great location.
