TOOOOO many steep stairs
We realized there was one set of stairs in the unit and that was fine. Then, upon arrival, we discovered the second set of stairs :( We are both in our 70's and navigating the stairs with our luggage and just going from one level to another was difficult. We are both physically fit for our ages and we would grimace every time we realized we needed to get something from our bedrooms after being at the entry level! ALSO, the front door lock was extremely difficult to manuveur...

Property was very nice - well-maintained and attractive. Great location that made it easy to get around downtown and to the airport, but still quiet and tucked away off the main streets. Check-in and check-out was easy. There is a train that runs by regularly, but that didn't bother us. Our only complaints - the tv wasn't working properly (audio worked but picture did not), and the rug at the foot of the stairs in the landing was a slip-hazard.

Not quite as advertised. TV not functional, dishwasher wouldn’t work…everything else was as advertised. Pretty good location, $5-7 cab ride to most downtown places. Overall I’d give it a 7 as total experience. A little pricey but most things are, especially days before cruise ships leave from Seward.

This was a great view and location. It was a very spacious stay for a long weekend in town. I was dissatisfied with the washer and dryer, I had to re wash ALL the towels and the machines smelt like mildew. All the neighbors were also very rude. It’s like they know this place is a Vrbo rental and want nothing to do with whoever stays there. My husband and I tried saying hello to several people when going to our vehicle, any of the neighbors wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Not the end of the world. Also the parking was a little iffy at times as you don’t have a designated place to park and when we stayed the plows were all trying to come through, my husband had to move our truck several times. Overall it’s a very beautiful property. If you’re looking for a prime location in town this was a very neat place to stay.

We were 2 couples in this townhome. It was very comfortable and we were happy to be together instead of separate hotel rooms. The photos posted are not current. There were no end tables in the living area, only a coffee table. The furniture in the master bedroom is totally different but it was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom bed sloped in the center due to some broken slats under the bed (we found this out upon checkout). I did notify management. This townhome has 2 flights of stairs. As you walk in the entry there is a bench and a coat rack. Walking up to the first floor is a half bath, living area and kitchen and dining area. Up another flight of stairs is a laundry closet and 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. We did not realize that there were 2 flights of stairs until we arrived. The posting did not mention this and we couldn't tell from the photos. One of us had a cane so it was somewhat difficult for him to navigate. However, it all worked out and we had a great time. This townhome was clean and we had everything we needed. We would come back again.
