Cozy Remodeled Lake Hartwell Home in a quiet cove.

Here you'll find a cozy Lake Hartwell cabin updated with the latest amenities in a quiet cove on Seneca River. Located only approximately 4 miles up the river is Clemson University where all football games are accessible and to the south is the big portion of Lake Hartwell's 55,000 acres and 1100 miles of shoreline. Several boat landings near by with Green Pond only 3 miles away. Green Pond is where the Bass Masters Classic is held and several other fishing tournaments. Our quiet cove is perfect for swimming, Kayaking and fishing. The home itself has 4 bedrooms with the master on the main level and a private bath. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bath. The half bath is just off the kitchen. Laundry area also is on the main level, right off the back porch area which is glassed in for a nice view of the lake. The home is only 1 mile from I-85 which gives you easy access to Anderson and Greenville for shopping. Pendleton is only 5 miles away and Clemson by car is only 10 miles away. Perfect location for Clemson Home games. The home has a covered deck right off the kitchen area for cookouts and just relaxing in the evenings. It is a very peaceful atmosphere and a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood has a cul-de-sac so no through traffic which makes it ideal for your privacy.

Cozy cabin for family
Overall, the house is nice and comfortable. There are plenty of supplies, such as towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc.) which was useful. The hill down to the lake is very steep. If you have older members of your party, they may find this treacherous. The barn doors look nice, but need handles on the inside, otherwise they are difficult to open. The mats in the master bath are very slippery. I would replace them asap before someone hurts themselves.

Game day weekend
We had 6 adults staying the week in Clemson. We came for a football game. The house was conveniently located for our visit. The house was able to handle the sleeping arrangements for our group. There were plenty of linens and towels. We did not do any lake activities because of the weather but we were able to walk down and sit on the dock which was wonderful. Danny was easy to communicate with and answered questions in a timely manner. Bonus for this VRBO, they had a coffee grinder! We would stay here again.

Amazing lake front home!

Weekend Getaway
This was a great property for our family getaway! We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was well equipped for the most part (there was no casserole dish and the pans could use an update)! The slope to the lake is very steep and the golf cart with the property wasn’t working which made it hard to get up and down from the lake with two babies….but still doable. The owner was very accommodating and tried to get the golf cart fixed but no repair shops were open/available. The house was clean with plenty of extra necessities (towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc). We will definitely consider renting this property again in the future!

Amazing Place
There aren't enough good things to say about this place. It was better than the listing. Mr. Danny was quick to respond to all our questions. It was a beautiful home and we will definitely be back. Close to may things. Fully stocked. Perfect for just the two of us but could have housed our whole family. Don't miss out on this house.

Wonderful and relaxing stay on the Lake
My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The house was nestled in one of the many Lake Hartwell coves. We enjoyed the dock, sipping our favorite beverages while watching the wildlife and occasional boater. The mexican restaurant down the road was fantastic, a hidden gem. The house was perfect for our needs, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Quick trip to spend Easter with our son who is student at Clemson. Very close to Clemson! House was just perfect, has absolutely everything you need and more! We had a great time, even though weather stunk, and will be back and stay at this home again soon. Owners made sure you had everything for a great trip.

Great place for a quiet getaway. Very accommodating owners and well equipped house. Plenty of parking and trailer space. If you are a boater, the dock is adequate but would like a covered dock with power. We will definitely book this house again.

This property was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect location to move our children to Clemson. Everything was well stocked and very clean. There was plenty of room and parking. The dock and lake was so peaceful to sit and enjoy. I would definitely recommend this property.
