This lovely Modern Townhouse has clean lines throughout, making this an easy and comfortable place to enjoy your coastal holiday. The interiors have been styled with a combination of retro pieces and artwork to invoke a feeling of casual and relaxing escapes, the colour scheme designed to bring peace and comfort. There are loads of cushions and couches to nestle into and unwind.

The location is first class, with the Anglesea River and Main Beach located directly across the road, ensuring you can walk out the driveway and be on the beach in a flash! Cafes and Restaurants are only a minute away, so anything you desire for breakfast, lunch or dinner can cater to your needs super conveniently.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, along with an outdoor area with BBQ for meals at home after a day embracing the bush and beach. The courtyard faces north, which means the sun and light streams through the open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms and fantastic for enjoying the warmth in all seasons of the year.

The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with ensuite and walk in robe, so for couples or singles, you can simply stay on this level. Upstairs hosts 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed and study desk, also there is a second living room with sofa bed. The main bathroom services the second level.

The ground floor has an excellent laundry facility plus a powder room for convenience. Extra bonuses are the double lock up garage, outdoor hot and cold shower, split systems for heating & cooling, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and secure fencing.
