Questionable “luxury” resort
First, on the day we arrived, that night we had to change rooms because the bath tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet lid was broken, the air conditioning had a loud noise and wasn’t cooling property. On the second room, the same happened with the air conditioning. The hotel was poorly staffed and several times, the excuse was: “right now, we have no concierge or hostess or bellboy”. Also I speak for languages fluently (spanish, english, italian and french) and many times we had to wait for the staff to find someone that spoke one of those languages. The last night, we had to go to bed without having dinner because we ordered room service and they said that food would arrive in 15mins. One hour passed and I called to see the status of our order and the person said that he couldn’t comply with out order because he couldn’t prepare the food because the kitchen was getting maintenance. If I hadn’t called no one would have let us know. It was a time to relax and enjoy as a couple in a luxury resort but it felt more like a resort that is about to close or go bankrupt. So sad to see such a beautiful place give their clients that poor customer service.

Superb.
Fantastic property in a fantastic location, ran by fantastic people providing a great service. We spent 4 nights at the Fasano and were very well looked after. Specific shout out goes to Janine and Junior who constantly went above and beyond to provide us with a memorable experience. Hopefully we will be back one day!

Hotel incrível localizado em uma dos pontos mais lindos do nosso litoral, moderno com quartos extremamente confortáveis e uma piscina maravilhosa! Justamente por possuir um staff educadíssimo e prestativo ( destaque para Deise, Joyce, Felipe e Pedro), o atendimento de um funcionário no restaurante da praia destoou dos demais, ao se recusar , de maneira antipática, a trazer mais dois drinks enquanto esperávamos a liberação do nosso quarto, lembrando que deixamos claro que já iríamos solicitar o fechamento da conta. O jantar incluído na meia pensão estava divino, bem como o café da manhã e todos os aperitivos da piscina!
