Overall, it was a fine stay. Parking was available, the area was safe and breakfast was adequate. The rooms, however, were quite dirty. Stains on the bedsheet was common. Also, we requested for our room to be cleaned everyday and they forgot each time. Disappointing in terms of hygiene and housekeeping service.

A disappointing 3-night stay
Our first night we had to wear our hoodies to bed. We're from Florida and the temperature had fallen into the 60s after sunset. The room thermometer wouldnt go above 72 with heat on. We were really cold, so i asked the front desk why we couldnt get heat in our room. I was told the twmperature was limited to 72° and that we could have extra blankets instead. I ur nighttime temps in Florida are 78° or warmer most of the time. We had considered leaving and finding a different hotel, but we donned our hoodies and stuck it out. I just hope i dont get sick after this. We stayed 3 nights. We never got room service either. Nobody even knocked to see if we needed anything.

Breakfast lines was worse than black Friday
It was not that all that combatable, the lobby carpet is fealty, the breakfast was the worst. They open breakfast 6 am to 9 am pushing people to rush and causing so much business. The juice machine broken for two days and they take forever to fill the trays back.

I had booked a handicapped accessible room with 2 queen beds, but when I checked in I was told we had 2 doubles instead. I didn't think that was right because when I was shopping around for rooms, I only looked at places that had queens, because we don't like doubles. I showed my printed details from expedia that said 2 queens, and was told that must have been a typo at expedia, because they didn't even have that type of room with 2 queens. It wasn't that big of a deal, except when I booked I was expecting to get 2 queens for what I was paying. Also, in checking the hotel's website, it says they do indeed have this room with 2 queens. So now I feel like a paid for a room I didn't get, and the staff didn't seem to care or think it was a big deal. Honestly it didn't ruin our stay, but I feel like they need to review their website and make sure they are not showing rooms they don't really have and charging for rooms that they aren't really going to provide.
