Couldn’t check in because no one was in the lobby office. It was all wide open though, half eaten food behind the desk and internet browsers open but no one there. We waited for 45 mins for someone to finally show up.

Property was ok. Under renovation. Staff was nice. Room was ok. Some clean-up items missed. Dirty hand towel left behind. Some shoddy reno work with tv area. Some older stained comforters used. Needs further updating. Good location for UM games, shuttle pick up spot so thats great. Crazy overpriced for the stay but understand it was market price based on UM vs MSU game

The only attractive factor was the price (i.e., $88 per night). The property is shabby and unattractive. However, renovation is underway which might improve the experience of staying there. No daily maid service to clean, make bed, etc. A real dump.

It was our first time stay. We live 4 hours away from Ann Arbor and our church pastor and his family paid for our stay because my husband has chemotherapy infusion at U of M Hospital. The couple people at the front desk when we checked in are super nice and very welcoming. Our room is very clean and spacious. Refrigerator works well as well as the AC. We will definitely go back for our future hospital visits.

The room was clean and comfortable and they accepted my dog without question. There was no breakfast as advertised. There was also no hair dryer. The hotel is going through a remodel, but that did not interfere with my stay. The exterior of the hotel shows some age that was not reflected in the room. The TV reception was grainy. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
