Fair Price Solid Location
For being in a college town with not a lot of available options, the price was fair. Definitely outdated on all the room amentities, but appreciated the continental breakfast, water power of the shower and the proximity to the campus.

It's a good motel for the category it's in. It's old and run down. However, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has air conditioning. We stayed for a UofM football game, and it's close to the stadium. So I'd stay there again, but probably only during a football game, as they were much more affordable than places like Hampton or Holiday Inn during football weekend.

We had a room for two, but had to ask for an additional bath towel everyday. Front desk was very responsive to our request and provided an additional towel. The continental breakfast was not enough for all guests to have a full choice of items.

It’s about to be torn down at the end of the month so it’s almost irrelevant. It’s in need of it too. Run down and old but ok for the money. The first room I got was terrible. Broken blinds, dirty, moldy cracked tub and it wouldn’t drain. They moved me to a second room that was better. I probably wouldn’t have stayed again though.

Overall the rooms were not clean. They were fairly run down. They smelled. Towels were old and fairly dingy. For close to $200 a night, I'd expect more.

I legitimately have never left a review anywhere but this place is vile, it smells so gnarly in every room and the rooms have lots of mold. The photos are not accurate. I booked for 3 nights and they did refund my second 2 after complaining and leaving which was the only positive... that i could get out of there without getting scammed for 2 more nights.

The photos of the rooms available on the Expedia website are not at an accurate and should be replaced. Our room was dirty, with pealing paint on the ceiling, gross splatters on the walls, filth along the wall next to the sink in the bathroom, a ripped screen, broken blinds, and a stained rug. The room smelled of mold. The sheets and the towels were worn and thin. When I showed the clerk a photo of the room I thought we booked, he said he’d see if he could find us another room. He was not able to do so. Because it was move-in weekend at University of Michigan, there weren’t other options available so we stayed and really only slept in the room. When I booked this room two months ago, I looked at the photos of the property and didn’t read the reviews which was a big mistake. This is a live and learn experience and I will always read property reviews before booking. Expedia — this property should not be listed as an option on your website!
