Look at staying at the Hampton next door.
Hot tub jets didn't work, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and have the TV stations didn't work. They only service the rooms every 3 days but dont tell you that when you checkin so you always have to get more towels. Breakfast toaster was broken, waffle machine didnt work right so had to guess. Bathroom size was ridiculous, door was not easy to open or close and you practically had to get in the shower to close the door behind you. Not sure if the Hampton next door is better, but look there first.

The air conditioner was so loud it was like a transport truck was in my room. Stayed a third night in the tower section. It was so noisy with the highway right out the window. Staff are miserable and commented they need a vacation to get out of there. Pool area and sitting areas were very nice.

I had a number of issues with my hotel room, including the toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, the bathtub didn’t look clean, the controls for the air conditioner did not seem to work, and worst of all when I threw back the sheets in the morning, there was blood splatter on the sheets at the bottom of the bed, which wasn’t mine. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I would not go back to the hotel.

New and clean and very attractive. Room was very nice but bathtub needed maintenance. The entrance was large and had plenty of comfy seating for a large crowd. The breakfast area was large and lots of food choices and plenty of tables for everyone.

Don’t bother.
This hotel badly needs maintenance and renovations. Hallway carpets dirty, room interior needed painting, toilet was an antique that wobbled when you touched it. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in any comparable hotel. Waffle maker burned waffles, there were no spoons, sausage looked and tasted terrible. Also breakfast area not handicap accessible (two or three steps up and down to get to it). The lobby looks new, but don’t let that fool you!

The hotel itself is pretty old feeling. Everything pretty much needs an update. Empty shelves in the snack room, the free water in the lobby were both empty when i came out 2 different times/days, while the lady behind the desk say scrolling on her phone and never even looked up or acknowledged us checking out so we just walked away. But the worst part was our room was legit right in the lobby and the curtains didnt go all the way over and the bright lights kept me awake all night because it was essentially like having a spotlight shining in our room in the dark. It was horrible.

We have been staying here for about 20 years visiting grandchildren. It is not a new building but has been updated. The best part is the room to roam with seating in so many areas. Its a comfortable place to visit with family. The staff is also very helpful. Location is close to most anything we need. We love staying here.
